We had such a fun night in Bangkok with Nok! We were jet-lagged and found Bangkok at night to be overwhelming, so we are so glad we had Nok there to show us around. We went a temple, got a Thai astrology reading, went to a night market, and then headed to Chinatown to experience Lunar New Year! Myself and two friends enjoyed this evening tour on Thursday, Oct 17, 2024. Seeing the city lit up at night , in a safe way, was a real treat. Our local guide, Araya, met us exactly where she promised and took us on a very well thought out tour. We were mostly on foot, but also travelled by tuk tuk. We visited a local temple and learned about her Buddhist religion. We visited a massive flower market, that was bursting with color and aroma! We finished up in China town, which was hustling and bustling still at 10 pm. She found opportunities for us to try local cuisine and made sure we were safely in a cab before she said good night. Would definitely recommend this tour and Araya as a guide. Nighttime tour of Bangkok: very enjoyable!

Our evening tour with Kim (Apicha) was fantastic. He was very friendly, funny and accommodating. The highlight was our visit to Chinatown where we were treated to a sampling of some amazing teas brewed by a skilled brewmaster. We learned so much and it was a real treat. Kim even ran to get us a nice snack to enjoy with our tea. We got to get a great sense of the hustle and bustle of Bangkok as it comes to life at night from a tuk tuk that Kim had arranged. That was incredibly fun. I think our favorite stop was at a specialty restaurant that only served satay—the best we had ever had and so inexpensive. Kim was awesome throughout and took great care of us, considering our dietary restrictions. We recommend Kim highly and know you can’t go wrong choosing him as your guide. Am incredible taste of Bangkok at night

We went on a village tour with a local out in Kenya last year and the experience was so good we thought we would try it again and Araya did not disappoint. Packed with facts and information but brought to life in such an interesting way, our 13 and 15yr olds were hooked on her every word. Wonderful to walk, subway and tuk tuk round the city at night which is very different to day time. Particular highlights were the flower market and China Town...with Araya buying us little tasters was we went. Worth every penny and more! We all voted this tour the highlight of our holiday. Araya was a great tour guide. We began the evening at a local temple where Araya gave us a great overview of the local Buddhist traditions. We took a Tuk Tuk to see the Grand Palace at night, which was gorgeous. We went to the flower market, the Red Light district and ended the night in Chinatown. Araya spoke excellent English and provided a wonderful local perspective. We would highly recommend her for any visit to Bangkok. Fun night in Bangkok

We arrived at Bangkok late afternoon and immediately met with Anaya for the evening tour. This was the perfect start with a lot of specialties: lots of insights on Buddhism, learn how to use the public transport, have a TikTok drive, see and learn about the meaning of flower arts and visit a flower market, stop in Chinatown and taste great food, had a walk on a night market and a stop at the grand palace t night. Araya was very open to all our questions and was herself super informative. We had a couple of experiences with “with locals” and this was definitely one of the best!Perfect start to explore Bangkok!

Petz is such a sympathetic, authentic guy. Even days before our arrival to Bangkok he allready provided us with great informations. The night of our Tour we were in constant contact. I Made a mistake and our Taxi dropped us at wrong place, but Petz saved US and picked us up. We then expolored a totally non touristic quarter where we tried different street food and all was great. I can’t speak highly enough about Araya. She went above and beyond to meet all my needs and wants. Her English is excellent and she is the wealth of information about all topics around Bangkok. I booked the Bangkok highlights tour and possibly wrongfully expected more. Araya was a wonderful guide, very polite with good English and knowledge. The tour was meant to be 2 1/2hrs and I would probably say the actual tour took 1hr with very limited highlights. As a single traveller the cost of this tour was quite high and I don’t believe it was value for money. The itinerary ended up being inadequate and I don’t feel I gained a better understanding of Bangkok other than what I would have gained by walking around myself. Bagkok highlights

What a lovely lady. Araya took us on a tour of the local Thai cuisine including restaurants and street food. We enjoyed a ride in the Bangkok metro and in a tuk tuk. After dinner we experienced the Khao San Road at night and once our ears stopped ringing and we could hear again Araya took us to a roof top bar for drinks. I did a nighttour with Moddy. First we visited Wat Hua Lamphong. Moody was full of profound informations about Thai style and daily life that I would not have known otherwise. It was our second Bangkok tour with With locals, on our last night in the city. Sammy took us around a local temple (however, when we got there it was closing). We then moved onto red light district areas and stopped by the local streetfood market. Sammy order for us wonderful food. We had some beers and a chat. After a tuk tuk ride we went to a rooftop bar for a drink and a view of Bangkok by night. It was a nice tour giving us a chance to experience Bangkok by night with Sammy as our local. Many thanks! The experience was wonderful despite the pandemic. Moddy has a contagious smile and an impressive knowledge of Thai culture. As we asked a lot of questions about Thailand's history, food, culture and lifestyle, we were captivated by her storytelling skills! Additionally, we appreciated her flexibility and attention to our safety. Our first stop was the Ong Ang walking street on a canal, a place full of authentic local and multicultural food adorned with street art along the way. We enjoyed hearing her stories about street artists and local life. Also, she picked out some delicious treats. Next, we took a Tuk Tuk ride to a local sky bar with a breathtaking view of Wat Arun temple and Wat Pho temple. On the rooftop, we sipped beverages and chatted. Maddy's initiative is something we really appreciated. We were pleasantly surprised to see her take pictures of us and of the evening we spent together and to send them afterward, like a good friend would. The tour at night is remarkable because you see the city from a different perspective; there are lights and vibrant colours all around you. We had such a great time on this tour!! We met Sammy on outside a metro stop, which was easy and we were off! Sammy is high energy and enthusiastic. He guided us around and was happy to loiter in the areas we needed some more time or breeze past things we'd already seen enough of. Sammy was happy to tailor the trip to our needs and definitely encouraged us to try new foods we definitely would've missed without a guide. Our tour also included a trip to a very tall roof top bar just for drinks - seeing the Bangkok skyline was on our list so we were really excited to tick this off. Maneerat (Nui) was such a lovely guide! From the beginning of our tour, it felt like my mum and I had just caught up with a friend, not a tour guide. Nui was so friendly, funny, extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions with detail. She showed us delicious street food that we may not have had the chance to try without her and helped us navigate our way through some very fun and busy parts of the area -we felt like true locals!
