Sena is a very sweet and knowledgeable tour guide. I am so glad that I booked the sushi and sake tour for me and my husband since we’re only in Tokyo for 2 days. The gyoza, sushi and sake were all delicious and worth it. We asked her for souvenirs and wagyu beef recommendations and she provided us with great ones. The tour was 2.5 hours and we learned a lot from her. I am definitely recommending her to all my friends and family who will be visiting Tokyo. Carlos was an excellent guide taking us to a great traditional sushi place as well as having us taste many different varieties of sake. He also added some extra stops in our tour when we showed interest in seeing a rooftop garden or an amazing view of Shibuya crossing. He made sure to accommodate our food restrictions. We had such a lovely time with Sena. She took us around Shibuya area for gyoza sushi and sake. My wife has food allergies and Sena checked with with us ahead of time to make sure we would not eat prohibited foods AND she confirmed with the restaurant the day of the tour which made us feel very comfortable and was appreciated. Sena was a terrific guide and the tour was fantastic. We tried so many new dishes and Sena pointed out places of interest to our teenagers (vintage shopping) and gave us great tips for the rest of our visit to Tokyo (a restaurant where you catch your own fish for dinner). Our multigenerational group all enjoyed our tour with Sena. She was very knowledgeable about the various foods we ate (all delicious) but also answered all our many questions (it was our second day in Tokyo) and had suggestions as well. She also got us into one bar that I had desperately tried to get a reservation at prior to our trip (it books out weeks in advance). My wife and I did the street tasting tour and had a great time. Not only did we get to sample several local treats, but Sena also immersed us in local culture. It was fascinating and fun! It also got us out of central Tokyo to a non-touristy neighbourhood with local flavour. Getting there was via an extremely easy-to -navigate train ride from Shinjuku station. Sena is super friendly and personable. She speaks English as if it is her native language as she went to university in the USA. An excellent and thoroughly enjoyable tour

Our "10 Tastings of Tokyo" with Sena was all we had hoped for… and more! We couldn’t have been more pleased. With her excellent knowledge and experience in the area, we tasted wonderful and varied foods of Tokyo, from savory to sweet. We even visited a conveyor-belt-style sushi restaurant—high on our list of "must try’s!" Sena speaks very good English and is a delight! We learned a lot about Japanese culture and she even helped us download a SUICA card which has enabled us to easily use the subway, taxis and vending machines and to pay for many other purchases. I did a three hour food tour with Carlos and it was great. Carlos is easy to get along with and a great guide. He speaks English, Spanish and Japanese. We sampled a variety of food from different shops. Most had lines which told me that the locals like the food. He runs the tour a little outside of Shibuya where the shop owners are more friendly. I paced myself and only ate about 75% of everything. Glad I did because there is a lot of food. If your a foodie, you’ll love this tour. Great food tour
