What you can expect
Join us on this amazing safari, starting in Paphos, along the beautiful west coast of Cyprus and all the spectacular sites and views it has to offer! The excursion will take you around the nature reserve of the Akamas peninsula, the wild and unexploited land of Cyprus. Your day starts and ends right at your hotel in the Paphos area, where we will pick you up around 08.30 am. and we will return you around 4:00 pm. During the excursion, you will explore the variety of landscapes of this region and we will take you to places that only a 4x4 can reach. Among these places is the area of the sea caves, located in the village of Pegia, on the beach of Paphos. A very interesting visit to the Turtle Museum is also on the route, which will give you a lot of information about this unique species. In June and September, many successful hatches take place here at the protected turtle beach at Akamas. During the excursion we will cross the beautiful landscape of the Akamas peninsula and you will see the unique nature of this area in Cyprus. You will also have the opportunity to taste a delicious traditional dish and the local wine during our lunch break in a typical tavern (not included in the price). The Baths of Aphrodite are a very popular place visited by tourists and of course this is also included in the tour. We will take you to the famous Loutra where, according to Greek mythology, the goddess of love and beauty took her bath. On the way you will also see the typical Cypriot villages of Arodes and Latsi. The Akama Peninsula Tour covers all the must-see places in this region in a day trip away from the crowds that you will surely never forget!
