Claudia is very personable and very knowledgeable about the history, architecture, and culture of Vienna. She led us through the highlights of the city and hidden areas for walking and traversing the town that only locals would know. She took us to a wonderful cafe off the beaten path and explained coffee culture in Vienna. She loves her town of Vienna and is enthusiastic about sharing her experiences in the city. We only had one day in Vienna and really felt Claudia-Marie was the best fit for us. She worked around her schedule so we could have a 3-hour city tour with her. She was so knowledgeable, but also mixed in a lot of stories with the facts which made it so much more pleasurable and memorable. Even though it was a city tour, we stopped in a famous place and got a pastry and had an opportunity to sit and get out of the cold as well as an amazing wine bar with a cellar! Claudia-Marie helped us look for unique gifts as we walked as well. With her archeology background, she was able to add another dimension to the history and architecture. I honestly do not have the ability to do justice to the truly amazing experience my wife and I had with Anita in Vienna this morning and afternoon. We had a fantastic time with Anita! She showed us around town during our foodtour. We learned a lot about Vienna and Vienna’s history while enjoying extraordinairy local (vegetarian) food at the best local places. Our teenagers also enjoyed the tour very much. The sweets Anita got us to taste at home were very much appreciated. She even send us a few recipes from local dishes. Anita was kind, very helpful and always smiling. I booked two different city tours for groups and found both exciting and entertaining. Claudia Behling knows a lot without being didactic, connects with the group, and came up with a special feature each time – be it archaeological finds to touch or the wonderful Grotto Railway ride. Thank you for the competent and extremely interesting tour through the Tulln Roman/City Museum. The explanations of the excavations were particularly impressive. It's great to get such an insight from a real expert/archaeologist on how archaeologists work and what is possible. Additionally, we were allowed to visit Hundertwasser's ship Regentag in Tulln Harbor. That was the absolute highlight.Private Groups Vienna

Danke für die kompetente und äußerst interessante Führung durch das Tullner Römer/Stadtmuseum. Besonders eindrucksvoll waren die Erläuterungen zu den Ausgrabungen. Es ist schön, so einen Einblick von einer richtigen Fachfrau/ Archäologin zu bekommen, wie die Archäologen arbeiten und was alles möglich ist. The tour of the Bergl rooms at Schönbrunn Palace and the subsequent walk through the Baroque garden were magnificent. Even as a Viennese, I saw corners of Schönbrunn I had never discovered before. Die heutige Grätzltour im grünen und Wurstlprater war der Hit. Frau Doktor Behling, unser Guide, erzählte unserer kunterbunten Gruppe wirklich spannend und als Eingeborene vom Stuwerviertel viel Interessantes zur Geschichte vom Prater. Besonders gefiel mir die Betonung, dass der Prater für alle Gesellschaften, ob etwas verrucht oder eben damals kaiserlich, heute „ High socieytig“ eine Entspannungsoase ist. Wir hatten eine schöne Stadtführung. Ingrid ist sehr nett und wir haben gute Informationen über die Stadtgeschichte erhalten. Leider ist aus unserer Sicht die Food Tour etwas untergegangen. Bei Buchung wurden 6 Kostproben online versprochen. Erhalten haben wir 3 verschiedene Kostproben und ein Getränk (ein traditionelle Brot-Schnitte, eine Wurst und einen Kuchen) Hier hätte ich mir mehr erwartet wenn ich eine Tour unter dem Titel “Culinary Kickstart Tour: Vienna” buche. In der Konditorei sollten wir uns je ein Stück Torte aussuchen, dies haben wir in einer Take Away Box mitbekommen und sollten dann unsere Torte bei - 4 Grad irgendwo im Stehen auf der Straße essen. Das war leider kein schönes Ende der Tour. Hier hätte ein Tisch im Café reserviert werden müssen oder alternativ eine Kostprobe auf die Hand zum schnellen essen.

We met Ingrid for a food/ history tour of Vienna. She asked us at the start if we wanted more history or more food - we said a bit of both. Ingrid was very knowledgable about all the monuments and pointed out lots of things that we wouldn’t have spotted by ourselves. We covered a lot of ground and saw a lot more than we imagined. Met ingrid on a VERY wet day. We still had a fabulous 3 hours being shown Vienna She was knowledgable , answered our questions and we all laugh a lot as well. Only 1 tiny suggestion that maybe over our coffee break she could have given us a 10min history of Vienna through the ages. This is to take nothing away from the tour as we saw lots, was give lots of great history, knew lots of extra information when asked and was helpful in suggesting restaurants etcIngrid shined despite the weather
