Nella was absolutely amazing. My fiancee and I had a great time on this tour, she walked us around MontMartre and showed us all the highlights and hidden gems. Nella was very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Montmartre and we learned a ton. It was raining for a portion of our tour but that did not shake Nella's spirit and we continued with the tour no problems. The museum was closed so we ended up at a little cafe where we did our painting portion of the tour and Nella was extremely helpful and encouraging. We also got to taste some great wine, bread, and cheese. Highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see a different side of Paris or is even remotely interested in art. Excellent Tour

Paris with Nella was so special. We experienced monmarte as artist. We spent 2 days in paris and could not imagine we would see so much in just one tour. We felt our time with her was as if we were visiting with a good friend. Her passion and enthusiasm was inspiring and contagious. One of her " secret spots" was life changing. My husband and I are a 60 year old couple who wanted an off the tourist path experience of Montmartre. For us, our 3 hour private tour with Nella was perfect. She is lovely, well informed, and has lived locally as an artist for over 4 years. At the start we joined her as she purchased a well chosen cheese and baguette lunch for us to enjoy later in a park. We walked around as she explained, visited the museum, then took photos at the Sacre Coeur. To end our wonderful experience we painted on small canvases after our picnic in the park. We are a 60 year old couple who were looking for an off the tourist’s path version of Montmartre. It was delivered. Nella’s lovely energy and knowlege of the art history created a perfect experience. A well chosen cheese picnic, as well as a little canvas painting in the park, made it so special. We felt like locals for a moment. 3 hours went by too quickly. Highly recommend! Nella is a great guide! We met on a rainy day, but thanks to her we didn´t mind it at all. When it was raining too much, we would sit in a cosy café and Nella was telling us her experiences as a parisian and so many interesting facts about the city! Not only we saw all the beautiful places and hidden gems, but we also learned so much about the life and habits of Parisians. I really recommend Nella as a guide. We had so much fun with Nella! She showed us Montmartre through the eyes of an artist, because she herself is a painter. She knows every detail and every little story of Montmartre. The painting part of our tour was awsome too! I am not an artist at all but she made it all so simple and fun that I managed to paint my OWN PAINTING and bring home a very uhnique souvenir!!! We had a flight cancelation and reached a day late. Nella was very understanding and rearranged the tour. My 10 year old was super tired with only an hour of sleep, yet Nella managed to engage him and showed us plenty in Montamarte to feel accomplished. Highly recommend. Fantastic

We spent the afternoon wandering the streets of Montmartre with Nella. We had a fantastic artists view of the history of the suburb, which we really enjoyed and learnt about some of the more hidden aspects as well. We even popped into the local craft brewery which was a treat! It’s not always easy to keep a family of 5 ( kids 17,15,10), but Nella did a great job of chatting to each of us throughout the tour, making sure each of us got something out of it. Nella was lovely and knowledgeable and a complete joy to spend our afternoon with. She took us to places only locals go and had us try things we never would have tried. My 12-year-old wanted to have an oyster and she found one for him - which was not an easy task considering he only wanted one. It was very sweet. She took us to wonderful places that were off the beaten path - including secret gardens. She also had us visit other, more touristy places that we didn't know about. She gave us a good overview of the city and we can't recommend her enough. Lovely

Nella is friendly and most knowledgeable about Montmartre and its local food. She completely tailored our tour according to our personal tastes and desires. Nella knows the best places for specific food items & we had the opportunity to walk thru wonderful areas on our way to destinations, many where we sat and enjoyed ourselves with Nella while she told of history etc. In contrast, other family members took the “same” WL tour with a different guide, rarely had the opportunity to sit, and left the tour somewhat hungry. No reflection on Nella, but WL should get its act together with its flawed chat and booking systems that work poorly and created problems for us prior to several WL tours this year. Nella is the best WL guide for Montmartre!
