My friend and I, mothers of 4 each, escaped home for three days in Barcelona!!! the evening with Sebastian was one of the highlights of our trip. Sebastian was funny and knowledgeable, and open for adjustments according to our taste desire and will. It was our request to meet at 19:30 but we recommend to start the evening much later only after having dinner since most of the places come to life much later in the evening, and also better do the drinking tour on a fuul stomach ;)Great evening with Sebastian!

She offered: - a drinks making class - Never happened. - a visit to Picasso's favorite bar for absinthe - never happened. -visit to oldest bar in Barcelona - never happened. Instead £70 got me and my partner a trip to a rock bar for a bottle of Heineken, a trip to her friends bar where she met up with her friends and we were given a quick shot of something not explained, and then lied to about the Picasso absinthe bar, where we were told it was hours away and so instead taken to a bar for a shandy. All the while, she didn't include any historical information. More so information about herself and her experiences living in Barcelona since moving from Romania / Germany. Oh and she doesn't even drink so obviously knew next to nothing about alcoholic drinks, which the tour was for!Awful

My wife and I only had a few days in Barcelona so we chose Karina to show us around! She was kind enough to meet us at Sagrada Famila and change up the original tour a bit so we could make the most of our time in Barcelona! Karina has a fun personality and was knowledgeable about the areas we visited. They say, timing was everything, as luck would have it, we just happened to walk into a neighborhood courtyard area where a celebration was taking place! We were front row to a drumline display as well as small fireworks show and a bonfire!! After that, we enjoyed some tapas and a few beers at a quaint restaurant, then Karina walked us all the way back to our hotel, showing us some Gaudi works along the way! Our original tour guide canceled on us but Octavio jumped right in and saved the day! We only had a few hours in Barcelona and wanted to see as much as we could. Octavio showed us so many sites and gave us history lessons that included a wide knowledge of architecture styles of buildings/homes and monuments/art pieces. He showed us some of his favorite things as well. The churros with chocolate dipping sauce were sooo good! We ended it all with a glass of champagne and a really good restaurant recommendation. We toured Barcelona with Octavio in July ‘25. We did a 3 hour walking tour and it was great. He took us beyond the main sites and provided great insight and explanations. We had two teenage boys and the brief was to keep it high energy and entertaining. Octavio did this - interesting stories, food markets and a detour to the best Churros in town! He left us with a heap of restaurant, bar and ice cream recommendations, so we benefitted from his guiding for several days thereafter. We had an unforgettable time at Montserrat with Ivanna. This was our second time booking a tour with her and it’s always a pleasure. The ride up the mountain was great, she had the foresight to ask if I was afraid of heights (which I am!) and made accommodations to avoid using the cable car. Lars was was a superb guide, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Gave us a tour of the Gothic quarter with excellent food tastings. Even got a good review from our usually grumpy teenage son, to put things in perspective this means it was his highlight of Barcelona! Expected a few nibbles but we had quality food, from places we'd never have picked out. 1000x better than a group tour or wondering around on your own.
