Wir waren eine Gruppe von 5 Personen. Elisa hat unsere Wünsche bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten toll berücksichtigt. Es war unterhaltsam und informativ. Wir haben einen deutschsprachigen Tourguide gebucht. Die Besichtigung auf deutsch durchzuführen, war für Elisa etwas schwierig. Letztendlich war es nicht ganz so beeinträchtigend, da wir auch die englische Sprache etwas verstehen. This was our first visit to an Italian city. Elisa met us at our hotel, which was great after a gruelling 30 hour flight arriving late the night before. She showed us how to navigate public transport, the main sights of Milan and gave us suggestions about where to eat and what to do during our stay. A very worthwhile 3 hours and value for money. Elisa was friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. Would highly recommend. Best introduction to Milan

We had the most wonderful tour with Elisa! She is very nice and has a lot of knowledge about Milan, such things that you can't read about from the travel books. We had totally customized tour, which she came up just as we met her since I hadn't given her any onfo about what we had done already in Milan - I think is a truly a gift to make a plan on the spot spontaneously. During the tour Elisa had a microphone and we each had earpieces, which was nice, since we could walk in the streets at our own pace and could still hear her speech. Her english was very fluent and easy to keep up with, even though it isn't our mother tongue. She also gave as some tips on what to do on our stay in Milan - few of which we followed and also enjoyed during our stay. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anybody who wants to have a private tour, is a larger group or just want's to know something about Milan that isn't told in the tarvel books!Private walking tour in Milan

Elisa was truly amazing. I was sure milan doesn't have much to show but Elisa kept on showing new places and galleries that were truly amazing. She even went over the time booked in order to show me some extras. Her explanation of the facts and history kept me wanting for more. We enjoyed a wonderful morning walking with Elisa getting to know the old centre of Milan. Elisa was easily contactable leading up to our tour and happily adapted the itinerary to suit our interests. Milan is an interesting city and having a guide walking with you is a great way to understand it better, especially in historical terms. Elisa was really friendly & super knowledgeable about Milan. She had a great personality & sense of humour. It was a well-paced tour & she was very tolerant of our 2 children (14 & 11). Elisa had a route mapped out but was also open to suggestions from us as we went along. She also offered us lots of fantastic ideas for restaurants, shopping & sightseeing for us to do later. Her English is excellent. We'd highly recommend Elisa if you're keen to see Milan on foot with an experienced guide. Fantastic walking experience

Elisa war ein sehr sympathischer und auch kompetenter Tourguide. Es war so interessant ihr zuzuhören, sie hatte auch Anschauungsmaterial dabei und Elisa zeigte uns viele tolle Plätze, die wir allein nicht entdeckt hätten. Ganz zu schweigen von den vielen Tipps für Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Elisa ging ganz flexibel auf unsere Wünsche ein und wir hatten einen richtig tollen und Interessenten Nachmittag im Navigli Viertel. Dass sie dabei hin und wieder von Deutsch ins Englisch switchte, machte uns gar nichts aus. We were a group of 13 women and did a little city tour with Elisa. The tour was great, very informative and exciting, but not boring. Elisa catered to all our needs, was super nice and very flexible! I said beforehand that we would like to end the tour at an aperitif spot. Elisa then even booked us a table in a great little place and took us there! I would do a tour with Elisa again anytime! My wife and I spent a fantastic day with Elisa in Milan. She met us at the train station as planned and then we proceeded to a lovely local trattoria for lunch. Throughout the day, Elisa guided us to and explained the history of over fifty different points of interest. Her knowledge of Milan was amazing. Of course, the highlight of the day was visiting the Duomo. Having her accompany us and explaining the history of the site was priceless. We ended the day with an aperitivo along the canal as the sun was setting. She then saw us back to the train station to insure we made it back to our hotel. This is just a small portion of how wonderful our day was and I would highly recommend Elisa if you are visiting Milan. Ciao!Fantastic!!

I highly recommend Elisa and the Hidden Gems tour. It was great hearing all the little tidbits about the history of Milan, the buildings and artwork. Things we never would have gotten just walking around by ourselves and so much more intimate that being wth a large group, like we saw wandering around. What a wonderful way to spend the day exploring around Milan and experiencing the food culture with Elisa!! Thank you so much for personalising the experience for our family including our kids and hubby chef! We learned so much about the food culture in Milan, Elisa explained the specialty of each place we experienced including the prosciutteria, hand made pasta and story of carbonara. We wandered through the markets to the fish restaurant and then to the traditional risotto. We finished at the kids ultimate place for chocolate dessert and Elisa followed up with text message recommendation for the dumplings in Chinatown, tiramisu and outlet shopping places. For those of you visiting Milan and would prefer a more personal experience, we would highly recommend Elisa.. extremely thoughtful, knowledgeable and great company to experience Milan. Yesterday my husband and I had a wonderful half day tour of Milan with Elisa. I have owned a travel agency for almost 40 years, so I am pretty picky about my guides. I had visited Milan previously. It was the first time for my husband. We booked the Last Supper tour followed by skip the line for the Duomo roof top by elevator. When I told Elisa that my husband really liked churches, she suggested that we include a visit to St. Ambrose. It was a fascinating church and a good history of The development of Milan from Roman times to the present. I have back issues and my husband has had two knee replacements. That means we are not very mobile. Elisa was very sensitive to what we could and could not do. I have been to Italy many times and I have had more guides than I can count. Elisa shared with us the most wonderful morning. She was so knowledgeable. Her presentation style made the information very interesting. We were never overload with too much talk. Elisa showed us through the Duomo starting with some interesting history of the cathedral. We then visited the interior (skip the line), the crypt and then the rooftop terraces (skip the line again). So amazing! We could have done all this on our own but we were so pleased we were able to have Elisa to guide us and provide us with context and insight. Elisa was a generous and delightful guide.
