My 2 days itinerary with June Sophia and her partner, Pudu were so great! What an amazing day in Bali! The tour started at the Mulia Resort as Made picked up us on time to begin our day. We visited Temples, traditional Balinese home, water fall, coffee plantation, rice plantation terrace, the volcano, lake, and traditional shops. Made was amazing! He was a great driver and has a very nice/cleaned vehicle. June made sure my time on Bali was well spent by planning a great day, taking into account what I wanted to see and the time we had available, given that July is high season so more ceremonies at temples and more traffic on the roads. Driving inbetween sights was just as enjoyable, talking and singing! June is a humble, honest person and will make sure you get the best prices should you want to indulge in bargain hunting. Over the two days we travelled north, East, south and west and our days were highly enjoyable and never tiring. I highly recommend June as a guide. If I had more time, I would have chosen to do the food tour with her also. The best Balinese host

I Putu was a great travel guide. He picked us up on time when scheduled Unfortunately, we ran into some bad traffic. We were behind schedule but he made sure we got the best out of the trip! We first visit a gold and silver shop on our way to the temple. It was the closest bathroom! But we were educated on the jewelry history and silver and gold manufacturing Then we headed to visit a temple and learned the history of the religion, culture, and country. Then we made our way to the rice field. Putra was very educated about how the rice field is maintained, farming expertise, and different types of farming of the rice Next, we headed to the volcano! But we made a pit stop on a tangerine farm for some local snacks and tangerine picking Mount Batur volcano was alittle cloudy to see, but we were still able to enjoy the view and take some pictures Then we headed to our last stop which was the coffee and tea plantation! If you’re a coffee lover ask for this to be one of the stops if you have time. We got a variety of 10 total different teas and coffee for testing. They were amazing. Overall I enjoyed everything that I learned and enjoyed our time with Putra. He’s very friendly, positive, educated, and he loves his country. P.S plan to book for early time. Our trip started in Kuta at 8am pick up and we got back to our hotel at 6pm. Traffic is traffic and you will be sitting in the car for long periods of time! A Ride Around Bali!

Made was a fantastic guide here in Bali. His English is great and he is very knowledgeable about balinese food and culture. He allowed us time to really explore each place we visited and the trip was well organised and planned out. Nothing was too much trouble. My Mum had a broken arm and struggles to walk significant distances and Made me every accommodation for this. He regularly checked in with her and helped with steps and her bag. Such a pleasure to have met Made and go on 2 wonderful trips. Special note to Ketut who was just as fantastic and knowledgeable as Made. I'd highly recommend this trip and Made for your time in Bali. We had a very nice tour with De Nopi. He was a friendly, competent and humourous guide who was able to answer all of our questions. He told and explained us so many things about Bali and its people, culture and traditions. He himself was also very interested and we had many chats about cultural differences between Indonesia and Germany. Since at our time of travelling there were still ceremonies in Besakhi temple, he suggested an alternative temple to visit (Tirta Empul), which was also very interesting for us. Besides the initial itinerary, which already has so many great things to see, he managed to include three more stops on this tour (coffee plantation, wood carving and community temple Batuan) – which was great. All admission fees are already included in the price, so you don’t have to worry about that on the tour. Let alone personal purchases such as lunch are up to you. The tour was well organised, and the car was clean and air-conditioned. This tour is really a big recommendation if you want to see a lot of things in just one day. It gives you a great insight into Bali, and provides you with the opportunity to learn a lot about the culture and traditions of the island. This was actually the biggest benefit of this tour! Travelling with local guides is possibly the best thing you can do. So go ahead and book your experience with De Nopi! Great experience!

Yesterday we went on a personalized trip with Putu. We saw the waterfalls, temples, vulcano, ricefields and coffetastings. We ate beautiful Balinese fruit and went souvenir shopping in a local market (very nice, quiet and good prices)! Putu was a very engaging guide who accompanied our family of 4 on a full day trip around Bali. He was very attentive to our needs and created an itinerary which included a visit to the Monkey Forest, an incredible hidden local restaurant overlooking a lush hillside and rice terraces and a coffee plantation and tasting. Putu knew all the local people at these venues so it was very smooth. He was incredibly knowledgeable about Bali and the local customs and habits, taking his time to explain so many things along the way that we would never have realized. Putu was very experienced in doing this with his long background in the travel industry and he was happy to share so much about himself and his family to help us understand how things are done in Bali. We were probably over optimistic about the amount of time we needed to spend in the car with some heavy traffic and downpours of rain, so would probably not have extended the itinerary to include the detour to Danau Batur. I Putu Merta is a very accommodating and friendly guide who introduced us to the culture and religion of the majority of the Balinese. He looked after us in a warm and friendly manner around the clock throughout the tours. We booked the Ubud tour on our first day with Putu and were allowed to visit the Balinese House with the typical architecture of the local Balinese. We were impressed by the Monkey Forest, especially by the beautiful nature! We also visited the breathtaking rice fields and the largest temple in Bali. On the second day we booked the culinary tour and were able to gain an insight into the country's local delicacies, visiting a market in Denpasar. Very delicious, we will miss eating here! Putu guided us on the three-hour tour to several market stalls with very tasty food that we would never have discovered as tourists. We were very happy with both tours and definitely highly recommend Putu and thank him for his great engagement!Amazing experience in Bali!

We booked a sightseeing tour as two adults and our four year old, and Agung was the perfect guide. We had a brilliant tour of Ubud with El. He is English is great and he was very good explaining everything to us. He picked us up from our hotel and drove us around. We visited the town, the Campuhan ridge, Ubud palace and a local traditional village as well as trying a few different types of local food. As it’s our first trip here it was very useful to hear from a local person all about the culture and traditions. We would definitely recommend doing a tour with El. Brilliant guide

De was a phenomenal tour guide and highly knowledgeable. He took us all the way up to the volcano so we could get a good view over lunch. The coffee plantation was a blast, and he explained all of the native plants and fruit. Den was excellent showing us areas we were excited to see & flexible for adjustments—some small (can we stop for sunscreen) to bigger (can we go to a temple instead of somewhere else; we even stayed probably an hour longer at one spot because the kids were having a great time)). It was great conversation with him about culture and religion. Very knowledgeable person! Great answering questions from our kids and ourselves. Budi was not only a great guide but a good driver! It’s tough driving on the narrow, busy streets in Bali so we appreciated Budi’s safe and comfortable driving. Agung was fantastic as a guide, would highly recommend anyone who would like an authentic experience exploring Ubud. He shared with us lots about Bali’s culture, brought us to less-known places which we would have not known about if we were to explore on our own. He is also patient in answering all of our questions and flexible - at no point the tour felt rushed and we had ample of time to explore the different the sites he brought us to. His local tour was definitely one of the highlights of my Bali trip, and I would love to be back to explore other places with him as a guide!Best local experience!

Wir haben eine Ganztagestour ab Ubud mit Made unternommen. Er hat uns pünktlich am Hotel abgeholt und wir hatten einen sehr abwechslungsreichen und schönen Tag! Wir haben Orte abseits des Massentourismus entdeckt und Made konnte und sehr viel erzählen. Auch auf unsere Wünsche einen lokalen Markt zu besuchen ist er eingegangen und hat es in die Tour eingeplant!! Purta gave us first class service. He communicated with us well before we even got to Bali and kept us up to date when we arrived. Our day with him was full of information of all aspects of Bali life and we saw an amazing number of sights - rice fields, a temple (in full service!), coffee plantation (with very good tea/coffee tasting), waterfall, volcano - all of which were accompanied by historical and cultural details by Purta. He was courteous and attentive throughout and accommodating of changes to the programme. It made our visits so much more meaningful and I would wholeheartedly recommend him as a guide.
