Hiring Roxanne to show us around Vienna was a wonderful decision. Roxanne tailored our walking tour of Vienna to our family’s needs (some physical limitations). She also was very willing, accommodating, and flexible to find a driver that could drive us since we had someone on our tour with limited walking capabilities. She has a kind and friendly disposition, and wonderful knowledge of the history of Vienna. Her ability to navigate the city and help with translation while visiting a coffee house were extremely helpful. She felt like family by the end of our 3 hour walking tour.What A Gem!

Susanne war sehr nett und hat uns tolle Lokale gezeigt und interessante Facts zu den Orten oder Wien erzählt. Die ersten beiden Stops waren auch super. Allerdings haben wir dann beim zweiten Stop recht lange gebraucht, sodass wir nach hinten raus zu wenig Zeit hatten, um noch etwas anständiges zu essen. Der dritte Stop war dann in einem Pralinenladen und der letzte ein Café zum Bier trinken. Es war also relativ wenig Essen bei der Tour und das letzte Café wirkte eher zufällig gewählt. Laut Beschreibung hätte es 6x Essen/Trinken geben sollen. Wir sind aber somit nur auf 4 Stops gekommen. Wir kennen das so anders von anderen Foodtouren, vor allem für diesen Preis.Gut, aber zu wenig Foodstops

Roxane hat sich super nach den Bedürfnissen der Gruppe gerichtet. Wollen die mehr weniger, kürzer ..oder noch was anderes wissen. Geschichtliche zusammenhänge wurden witzig in Anektoten verpackt und verknüpft mit was wir schon gesehen hatten -so merkt man sich wirklich was. Wir werden Sie jedenfalls weiter empfehlen- wir haben Sie als Private Führerin genommen, und das war super!!!Wirklich großartig & lustig!

As this was our first time in Vienna, we chose a City Kickstart tour through Withlocals to get an overview and introduction of what to see. Our local guide, Roxana was amazing! In addition to her bubbly warm personality, she was a wealth of knowledge. In the relatively short time together, we learned more about the history, art, culture and unique aspects we never would have picked up in a large group tour or reading a visitors' guide. Doing this on foot was fanastic as we saw so much and knew exactly where we wanted to return to to spend more time and tour inside. Roxane amazed us with her depth of understanding the history: good, bad and quirky facts that were fascinating to listen to. For someone new to Vienna, this is the experience to start with and Roxane is the one to have it with!Wonderful introduction to Vienna!

Roxanne was an amazing tour guide. I had been in touch. With her prior to arriving in Vienna. I wanted to see if I could find my family home and trace some significant family locations there. Lisa Maria was in a word fabulous! She made us feel at ease instantly with her warm handshake and infectious smile. We met at the Opera House and we were off! Lisa Maria is an excellent guide who I would truly recommend to everyone, both those who are coming to Vienna for the first time and those who have already visited it.
Full of knowledge, anecdotes, hidden meanings, interesting stories and a big smile.
The time we spent with her flew by in an instant, and we felt like we were walking with an old friend we hadn't seen in a long time.
Lisa Maria revealed things that are not found in classic guides, along with information about life in the city on a daily basis that made us want not only to return to Vienna, but also to move there.
I think that in addition to a wonderful tour, we also got a person we can count on and who we would like to continue to hang out with, and that is a rarity and you can hardly pay for that...

We met our guide outside our hotel instead of at the regular meeting point in Graben. The guide was immediately welcoming and cheerful. Shortly after, she had planned a tour based on the impressions our group of four people gave. The tour had a nice mix of facts about the city and what we saw on our tour, along with some tidbits about governance in Vienna and Austria.
