We have a new friend for life with Natalia!!! This may have been my favorite tour of a 2 week trip. Okay, yes I like to eat and this was a tasting tour, but we got the best treats along the way. Natalia is charming, easy to talk to and we definitely formed a bond. She showed us all around Vieux Nice so that we were comfortable knowing our way around for days after the tour. She pointed out the best food stops, restaurants and shops and remained available after the tour if we needed anything. She is so lovely and she made us fall even more in love with Nice and its spirit and the joie de vivre !

We had the pleasure of experiencing a relaxed and cozy tour of Nice's city center with Guido. She not only showed us the most beautiful spots in the city but also always responded to our questions and shared many interesting stories about the local shops. The visit to the Castle Hill was particularly impressive, where we learned quite a bit about the history of Nice. We would have loved to hear even more information during this part of the tour, but overall, it was a wonderful time. We booked a food kickstarter tour of Nice that included 6 food tastings. We expected this to be like other WithLocals food tours where we would walk & talk, stop to eat, walk & talk, eat, etc. Unfortunately that did not happen. While Karin was a pleasant and informative guide, we only stopped for food once 1.5 hours into our 2 hour tour. When I pointed out that we were not getting what we had paid for, Karin said the company writes the description but that is not the tour she does. Lesson learned is to always confirm the tour specifics with the guide. We complained to WithLocals and got a credit and we learned a lot about Nice (which was helpful) but we were disappointed since we did not get the experience that we expected. Pleasant guide, but not the tour we booked

My family and I booked a culinary tour with Natalia during our 4-day trip to Nice. We really really enjoyed our time with her! She was knowledgeable about Nice, super friendly, and organized. She answered our questions about the history of the area and gave us great recommendations for things to see on our next visit. We got to sample delicious local food and she was very accommodating of our dietary restrictions (no alcohol, pork, or shellfish). My parents are still raving about the tour. My only regret is not booking the tour earlier during our stay so don’t make the mistake I did. Book with Natalia and do it early on during your stay. You must book with Natalia!

We really enjoyed our food tour with Natalia. We caught the tail end of a storm and Natalia kindly waited with us for 45 minutes for the torrential rain to stop before starting the tour. We booked the 7pm 10 Tastings of Nice in October for two. Karin was pleasant but the tour fell greatly short of expectations. Karin was a last minute transfer from another guide, who said she couldn’t do the tour because she wouldn’t give us the experience of 10 tastings due to the time and season. Without my consent she transferred it to Karin who agreed to the tour. Karin was nice but she chose one restaurant where she ordered very light appetizers and spent the entire time disclosing personal issues. We then did a walking portion, which on its surface, was good but the stories were disjointed and plainly confusing. We had substantially less than 10 tastings and left feeling emotionally drained, uncomfortable and exhausted from the experience. I contacted the company and received a refund but thereafter Karin somehow found my WhatsApp account (didn’t give it to her) and sent me paragraph by paragraph text messages and ended it with saying that I was a “back stabber.” The whole thing was so frankly unhinged and we are leaving Nice early now. Disorganized and not a good value

Dina is a great guide. She arrived on time and and the walk was at a good pace. She took us to a roof top bar for a grand view of the old town and we walked the streets where she gave explanations of the origin and growth of Nice which was very interesting.
