We enjoyed our time with Alessandro who is born and raised in Como. Truthfully we showed up clueless about Como except that we wanted to be near the lake. My wife and I had a great tour with Davide. He walked us around the City, showing us spots we would have never found on our own. He is very knowledgeable and taught us so much about the history of Como. We stopped at a local café and deli that we ended up going back to multiple times after the tour. We enjoyed a walking tour with Davide yesterday. He was very friendly, easy to talk with, and he fielded our questions about all kinds of things in Como and the region. The tastings were great - we especially liked the stop in the shop where they featured their own cheese. Except for the fact that Davide was a bit late, Davide was a great guy with loats to tell us about the city. The food was amazing and we had a great time. Would recomend nog booking on sunday because some of the shops are closed at this day.

The first thing that worked with this guide is the chemistry! He will make sure you are connected and relax. Very nice nice pleasing and have great knowledge of the area - fantastic choices of stops for local delicacies and to its totality pleasant. We had fun doing his 10 tastings tour as the experience is a good mix of cultural and gastronomical education of the place. After a little late start Alessandro more than made up for it with his really extensive knowledge of Como and it's rich history. We only had one day to see Lake Como and wanted to maximize our time. Massimo created a perfect itinerary and managed to show us Varenna, Bellagio, Tremezzo, and Como, all the while making plenty of stops to eat, drink, and shop. We had a great time on our tour with Massimo - Como is beautiful and it was the last day of our honeymoon, so a relaxing day on the lake was exactly what we were looking for. Massimo also went above and beyond in helping me set up a surprise bouquet of flowers at a great lunch spot (he found the place, made the reservation, and set everything up). We really enjoyed walking Milan with Massimo! We originally planned on booking the 10 Tastes of Milan but then ended up customizing it to see parts of the city we never would have found or understood on our own. He even made us a reservation for a traditional restaurant (our request) for the end of the tour. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible.Great tour of city

The guide is friendly. However, gave me the impression that he did not plan his trip in advance. When we reached the place, he started checking the ferry timing and purchased tickets. Then while waiting he suggested taking a walk to see a sculpture but we had to turn back before reaching as he said there’s not enough time to catch the ferry. And the ferry makes 20 stops but the guide only bring me to one stop and it’s not fantastic either. Did not learn more than what I could google myself although I book a local guide. Will not recommend. Ok tour

Had a great time touring Lake Como With Massimo, He was the perfect guide and got us to our destination quickly while we relaxed and enjoyed he scenery. We didn't have to stress about which train to take and where to change as he had everything planned for us. He texted us a few times before the trip to find out more about our interests and he delivered, We got sightseeing, great food and gelato plus some much needed shopping for Italian goods out of the way!! Overall it was the perfect vacation . Later on we went to a small restaurant he recommended and had the best Osso Bucco and risotto Milanese for a true taste of Milan. Massimo met me at the Central Train Station in Milan and communicated well in advance of our day together. I was staying in Lake Como for a few days and appreciated Massimo's introduction to the Lake as a local. We had a lovely lunch and he made navigating the ferries and stops so easy. I wish he could've toured every day with me! As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe with Massimo and he even checked in on me after a few days. A very caring soul who loves Milan and Lake Como! My wife and I booked a day trip with Massimo to Lake Como….what a beautiful day. We took the train to Como, and easily met him at the train station. He had already booked the speedboat to take us to Villa Del Balbianello, which was one of the highlights of this experience. But we had a few moments take in the Lake Como Duomo…which was stunning. There was a short hike, uphill to the gardens, at Villa del Balbianello. They were unbelievable! Many amazing photo opportunities. And Massimo was there to help us capture them. We were a bit tired from the sun and Massimo found a speed boat taxi from the gardens back to the pier. We then took a boat to Bellagio, visited a small 11th century duomo and walked the famous colorful streets. Massimo then took us to an amazing restaurant outside of the touristy area to eat lake fish with the locals! Although this was quite a walk in the mid day heat, the food and atmosphere were well worth it. Massimo even found a tour train for us to ride back into town on. To end the day Massimo accompanied us by train and then subway to our doorstep. Thank you for your time, great communication, and easy ways, Massimo. Massimo was a wonderful guide that navigated the train and boat rides flawlessly! He showed us the lake from some beautiful vantage points, took us through the lovely church, and reserved seats for lunch at the best restaurant in town. The food was delicious, the bathroom scored a 10 out if 10 (which is a big deal), and we ended the day with gelato in Milan. Massimo is an excellent guide. He went above and beyond for my family and I to make my birthday very special in Lake Como. I’ve requested a private pick up, a private boat tour of the lake, and a delicious restaurant out of the way of the main touristy area. He exceeded my expectations! Although it was raining, we had a gorgeous tour of the lake which dropped us off in front of the tastiest Michelin guided restaurant. Massimo went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great trip Lake Como. He worked with me beforehand to find transportation from Como to Verona. On the day of the trip, he met me at my hotel. At Como, he was knowledgeable. The town of Torno was charming. The wine, cheese, fish tasting at Riva in Torno was superb. It was more than enough food for lunch and very tasty. Afterwards Massimo stayed with me for 30 minutes when my bus to Verona was late. This trip was absolutely worth it and Massimo ensured that the trip went well!Perfect Day in Lake Como

Massimo took on a wonderful trip from Como to Bellagio and back. Excellent service and knowledge of the area. Had a little rain and he found a church and a shop where we could stay dry. He arranged lunch at a wonderful little restaurant off the beaten track. Great food and view. He prebooked a car for some to go to the cycling museum while others toured a villa and grounds. Massimo was very a great guide for our tour. We were late but Massimo was kind enough to wait for us. He knew a lot of history about Milan and took us to interesting places along our walk. He was also very good at answering all our questions - & we had a lot! He introduced us to appervito and was keen to make sure we were happy with our drink choices and bar snacks He was friendly and cheerful and walked at an easy speed so we didn't feel rushed or a bother when we wanted to stop or look at anything. My boyfriend and I had an absolutely brilliant tour with Massimo. He was really knowledgeable about the area and the history, and despite it being a cold day we didn’t feel rushed, and he led us to interesting places we wouldn’t have found on our own. Massimo let us linger where we wanted and showed us a lovely chocolate shop where we had a delicious coffee, that was the perfect break from the cold. We had a great time with Massimo! He was extremely knowledgeable about the city and very considerate as we were a young family with children. Massimo adjusted the walking pace to cater for our 9 year old and altered the tour content specifically to cater to our interests, allowing us to shop a little while seeing so many interesting sites and sides of the fashion city.
