We spent a couple hours with Sara yesterday getting an overview of Pisa, spending more time focused on the areas outside the Field of Miracles. While that tourist Mecca is gorgeous and interesting, we also enjoyed learning about everyday life of locals in Pisa. Sara is a great spokesperson for her city and her love for it shines through all of her stories. We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Sara a bit and spending time in her lovely city. We LOVE Sara! What do you do with teenagers in Pisa besides eating lots of pizza? You ask Sara to explain all about her city! The history, the drama, the secrets that can be found on and in the old buildings and our favourite 🤩 the food. Local biscuits, cecina, gelato. We’re sold on all of them and no complaints from the teenagers either 😉It made oir trip to Pisa really special!

We very much enjoyed the 3 hour walking tour through Pisa with Petra. She blended her knowledge about history, art, architecture, culture, traditions and modern living in the city in a very entertaining and stimulating way. Her tour found the right balance between the top sights, the more hidden spots and the beauty of the wider city. Petra was great! She contacted us days before to inform us that the tower climb was fully booked but planned an exciting tour of the ground as a workaround and turned out better than the original plan. Having this private tour was fully worth every penny. Petra was extremely knowledgeable and pointed out some facts I could see other guides were missing. She has a real passion for art and being able to articulate what the artist was trying to show in their work while pointing out all of the hidden messages, is second to none. My 17 year old son days later was still stating facts he found most interesting. I cannot recommend Petra enough. Petra is great! Exceeded our expectations

Great tour guide - my friend recommended Petra as he had previously done a tour with her when he visited Pisa in the past. Petra is super knowledgable about the entire city of Pisa and knows all about the history of the major attractions ranging from the towers all the way to the individual buildings in the city square etc.. She also knows good restaurants in the area as well as where all the locals go to eat / drink / party on the weekend. We visited Pisa for the first time in the company of Petra. After waiting for us at Porta Nuova, we walked around Campo dei Miracoli and then moved to Piazza dei Cavalieri where we improvised a quick visit to the Church of Santo Stefano dei Cavalieri. Petra made a beautiful historical excursus for each monument, allowing us to appreciate the details and curiosities that hit-and-run tourists usually don't notice. On her advice, we had a good visit to the Camposanto and attended the custodian's singing in the Baptistery. At the end of the tour, she gave us lots of advice on where to eat typical dishes at affordable prices. We recommend her for her professionalism, joviality and clarity in communication. Ho fatto il tour in Piazza dei Miracoli a Pisa con il gioco finale della caccia al dettaglio. È stato davvero piacevole! Petra è molto preparata e ha saputo rendere il tour interessante, ricco di informazioni ma mai noioso. Il gioco finale poi è una chicca che ti permette di scoprire ulteriori particolari della piazza mentre ti diverti sfidando i tuoi amici. Straconsigliato!Straconsigliata!
