Atreyu hat uns - 6 Männer - am Samstag Vormittag 2 Stunden zu Fuß durch Straßburg geführt. Wir haben interessante Orte gesehen und viel über das Leben in Straßburg erfahren. Er ist stets auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche eingagangen und konnte durch sein profundes Wissen viel Interessantes aus Historie und aktuellem Geschehen erzählen - natürlich alles auf deutsch. Die Tipps zu Restaurants, Cafés und Lokale mit ihren Spezialitäten waren sehr hilfreich. Wir sechs haben schon einige Reisen gemacht und verschiedenste Führungen gebucht. It was a grey raining morning but Atreyu had so interesting information and amazing sights of Strasbourg to show us the two hours flew by. I highly recommend taking a tour early in your visit here, it will help you to choose the type of activities that suit you personally. Atreyu also gave us a wonderful recommendation for a restaurant our 25th anniversary. A real gem!! Fun even in the rain!

Wir, 5 Frauen, waren für einen Tagesausflug in Straßburg. Dafür hatten wir 2 Stunden Stadtführung gebucht und hatten das Glück mit Atreyu unterwegs gewesen zu sein. Die sehr informative, kurzweilige und unterhaltsame Führung hätte besser nicht sein können und hat uns auch das leider zum Teil schlechte Wetter (Regen) vergessen lassen. Wir waren gestern zu dritt mit Atreyu in Strassburg unterwegs. Zuvor hatten wir abgemacht, dass er sich bei der zweistündigen Führung auf die wechselvolle Geschichte der Stadt zwischen deutscher und französischer Zugehörigkeit konzentrieren würde. Atreyu hat ein unglaublich umfangreiches und fundiertes historisches Wissen. Wir konnten fragen, was wir wollten – er konnte auf alles eine differenzierte und verständlich Antwort geben. Wir schätzten seine Zugewandtheit zu uns, seine Begeisterung für die Sache und seine Liebe zur Stadt. Unser Guide Atreyu war nicht nur äußerst engagiert, sondern auch bemerkenswert gut informiert über die Geschichte und Kultur dieser faszinierenden Stadt. Von Anfang an zeigte sich unser Guide Atreyu als zuvorkommend und freundlich. Er nahm sich die Zeit, um sicherzustellen, dass wir uns alle wohl fühlten und unsere Bedürfnisse berücksichtigt wurden. Seine Leidenschaft für Straßburg war offensichtlich und ansteckend, was die Tour zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis machte. Was diese Führung wirklich herausragend machte, war die Tiefe des historischen Wissens, das Atreyu mit uns teilte. Jede Straße, jeder Platz und jedes Gebäude schien eine Geschichte zu haben, und unser Guide Atreyu wusste sie alle. Seine Erklärungen waren klar und fesselnd, und er konnte selbst komplexe historische Ereignisse verständlich und interessant vermitteln. Atreyu was a true local who took me all around Strasborg including La Petite France and explained all the history. He also took me to places I would not have gone on my own and it was wonderful. Gut gelaunt hat er uns von vielen interessanten Details erzählt und uns auch an wunderschöne Innenhöfe ab des üblichen Touristenstroms geführt. We had a fantastic few hours with Atreyu trying many new foods while enjoying a locals tour of Strasbourg! Our young girls 9 & 10 tried all the food and enjoyed their tour. The 9 year old maybe didn't enjoy all the food but Atreyu entertained us and made sure she found a few yummy treats along the way. He also quickly saw that we were more interested in the food than the history, so he just gave short, informative notes about the historical monuments. We had a really fantastic tour of Strasbourg with Atreyu! Our original plan had been a very slow-paced, minimal tour so that my mother could join and be comfortable (she is very unsteady on her feet and also has dementia), and Atreyu was more than willing to tailor our time to whatever we wanted and needed; when she was unable to come at the last minute, he shifted right back to a jam-packed, fact-filled, still totally customized tour without another thought. We covered an incredible amount of ground, saw way more of the city than we could have on our own, and during our time together he had a ton of interesting and unique knowledge to share. When we mentioned we loved craft beer he added in a stop for a private beer tasting on the fly; he helped us figure out what local wines we would like best when we went wine tasting later that day (at a great spot he recommended). He had helpful tips for getting in and out of the city from our river cruise successfully, and gave us a whole list of coffee shops and restaurants he recommended at our request. He was a genuinely nice person, and exactly what you want in a guide around a new and fascinating city. Can’t recommend him more highly!Super knowledgable, friendly, and flexible
