Mindaugas provided a wonderful walking tour of Vilnius. We just landed from a long journey from the U.S. but wanted to take in an early evening walking tour of Vilnius to learn the city’s history and become familiarized with the layout of the city. Mindaugas was great host and guide for our tour. My parents are in their 80s and he did a great job of affording us the opportunity to see a great deal of the city while moving at our pace. Beginning our stay in Vilnius with a personalised tour was the perfect introduction to this lovely city. During two hours we walked much of the Old Town, the small Ghetto area and the Republic of Uzupio with lots of interesting facts plus opportunities to take photos and to ask questions along the way. Well where do I start? Mindaugas is the best place of course. A very pleasent, intelligent, knowledgable guide. Great English language skills, very concise in his delivery. His knowledge of the present City and how it has evolved through time from the first settlers. He kept us all engaged throught the 2 hour tour of this wonderful vibrant City. Viktorija presented a sensational 4hr walk around Vilnius, covering the Old Town, Art and Bohemian area, New suburbs and Modern areas. She gave a great overview of the many churches in the city and after visiting four of the most impressive we felt we could distinguish between different architectural styles. We walked through the Republic of Uzupis enjoying coffee and mushroom shaped gingerbread experiencing an old artistic area….full of many stories. We loved having Viktorija as our guide and can highly recommend booking Withlocals and choosing Viktorija .Great knowledge and a fun day out

Viktorija was the best guide that we have ever had anywhere at any time. She was not just educated in the area of cultural history and anthropology, but had an easy conversational explanation of it. She gave us a DEEP understanding of Lithuanian history, an understanding of all of their neighboring countries relationships, the state of politics in Lithuania, as well as social life today. The five hour tour we had flew by. I can’t recommend her higher than a 10, but I would if I could. Well done Viktorija. Thank you. AMAZING

My wife and I and another couple were lucky enough to have Viktorija as a tour guide for a sampling of the wonderful food of Vilnius! She showed us a great sampling from around the neighborhoods of Vilnius and our tour ended with a hardy lunch at a popular local restaurant.
