My name is Jose Rodriguez, I was born in Valencia, I'm 38 years old and 15 years ago I started working in a kitchen in London until today, working in Michelin-starred restaurants, traditional restaurants, gastronomic venues, luxury hotels, etc.
For the past year, I have been offering these types of experiences for travelers in my home kitchen, creating a warm and familiar atmosphere as if it were a gathering of friends, where I combine my passions: cooking, history, and culture.
