My husband and I took Claudio's two hour walking food tour last week on our first day in Copenhagen. I told him ahead of time that I was 6 months pregnant just so he knew I couldn't eat raw fish, raw eggs etc. and he went above and beyond, even taking us to a cute new non-alcholic Danish wine shop so I could taste the wines and spirits! He was very thoughtful about each stop on the tour, and incredibly knowledgable not just about Danish food and culture but also about the history of the city and the neighborhoods and landmarks we were passing. The pace of the tour was perfect for us - he kept us moving without ever feeling rushed - and it became a big highlight of our trip. We would highly recommend a tour with Claudio! Claudio was wonderful!

Fabrine was an excellent tour guide! She is very personable and has a true love of food and the authentic foods of Denmark! She explained the history of Denmark related to food and took us to great food spots not in the touristy areas, which was great!! That’s what we wanted, good food where locals go! Fabrine is very kind and sensitive to our wheelchair access around Copenhagen and was very engaging with conversation with my family, teenage son, and my parents! We had an absolutely wonderful time on our private food tour with Claudio in Copenhagen! From the moment we met him, it was clear that he was not only incredibly knowledgeable about Danish cuisine and culture, but also genuinely passionate about sharing that knowledge. Fabrine was a great tour guide and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with her. Fabrine was a wealth of knowledge about life in Copenhagen and its history. We saw a section of the city we probably would not have gotten to on our own (we only had 2 days in Copenhagen). The tastings were well thought out and delicious and was our dinner for the evening. Monica was brilliant, she had a great personality and told us stories about Copenhagen and introduced us to some tasty tastings along our tour! I was the only vegetarian in the group and she catered for me which was great. The only thing i would say is we thought this tour was slightly expensive for the number of tastings we had (which was nothing to do with our tour guide) but we don't have another food experience to compare it to. All in all we had a great day and would recommend to other people :)Great day out!

We had a great experience with Fabrine. She showed up on time, was very friendly and really knew a lot of the history of Copenhagen. We enjoyed the day with her and she took us to many neat locations in Copenhagen. We even ended up have more tastings than promised which was a nice bonus and she definitely catered the tour around our interests. One of the many things Claudio taught us on the afternoon we spent with him was the Danish word “hygge.” Hygge means a feeling of cozy conviviality…feeling welcome and content. Hygge is the perfect word to describe our time with Claudio. He is warm and welcoming right from the start! He is not only an expert on the culinary arts in Copenhagen, but he is extraordinarily well-versed in Danish history and culture and you can feel how much he enjoys sharing his knowledge with others. We loved everything we tasted…hotdogs, meatballs, open-faced sandwiches, new-fangled chocolate, Danish pastry and, of course, beer. By the end of our tour we were well satiated with food and stories, and we felt like we made a friend. We cannot recommend Claudio highly enough. He is a special guy!Much more than just a food tour

We met Claudio on our first day in Copenhagen. Our appointment was a couple of hours after we reached the hotel. It turned out to be the best idea. He was great at giving us a sense of the place and the historical background but he also introduced us to the local food profile. The tips he gave us were very useful for the entire length of our stay and we made sure to visit some of the restaurants he suggested. We are very glad we did. Claudio knows the best spots and all the history. He will not let you down.The best introduction to the city.

We took a food tour with Grazi in Copenhagen. She is one of the best. She knew history of the city (which my husband loved) as well as human interest stories (which I loved). Grazi made sure we had food that we loved and still introduced us to things we wouldn't have tried and are so glad we did. Our time with Grazi was exceptional. A few hours which we felt were very well spent. She showed us the most amazing food experiences in Copenhagen. We actually repeated some of the food in the following days in the same places she had taken us on the tour. We definitely tasted the best local products with her: fish, meat, salads, open sandwiches, cakes, ice cream, chocolates. She is a lot of fun and knows the city and where exactly to go. She even took us to a shop on purpose to buy sweets for my daughter’s school friends.
