Our accommodation the first two nights was close to Djemaa El Fna Square so we walked through and around it several times by our self. Going there with Mohamed gave the surrounding a new meaning. His guideans was calm and comfortable through the narrow and crowded street around the Square and it was interested to taste some of the local street food. worth every penny

We really enjoyed our 5 tastings evening with Omar. He is an easy going, charming young man who we liked a lot! And his English is so good! We also liked that he took us tasting stuff that wasn't obvious and really enjoyed his selection and advise. For our teenage son it was also fun with a guide that was a bit closer in age than his parents. We can highly recommend Omar if you want to get to know Marrakech from a different angle than you would have on your own.Great fun with charming Omar

Mohammed gave us a very enjoyable tour around the night market explaining how the foods were made and the ingredients. We had a number of tastings that we had not tried on our own. Mohamed was an amazing guide. He took us to eat some of the best food we have ever tasted. He also took the time to guide us on our surroundings not just the food which was great as we were only in Marrakesh for one night. We were a big group and he did a fantastic job of keeping everyone engaged and tailored the tour to our every need. Elhoussaine stelde zelf voor om ons aan onze Riad af te komen halen (en bracht ons na de avond ook terug). Op weg naar onze eerste stop hadden we leuke gesprekjes en merkten we dat de “click” er was. We had an amazing time with Mohamed on our evening food tour. We learned so much about the city, culture, and food! Mohamed is very knowledgeable about the city and was incredibly kind in welcoming us on our first night. We had not eaten prior to the tour and were full by the end. We met Mohammed for the tour and had a wonderful evening with him. He arrived early and was waiting for us at the meeting point. He was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable and tailored the tour to our interests even added a quick detour to a rooftop to catch sunset. At each vendor he handled the ordering and paying allowing for a carefree experience. My only regret is that I wish we had done this tour our first night rather than our last because gave us a lot of helpful information. Definitely recommend!5 Star Experience

What a fun guy Omar is - we really enjoyed his company as well as the places he took us & the food we ate. Even on a very hot evening, that Red Harira Soup was outstanding as well as the story behind the ladies who made it. We recently had the pleasure of going on a food tasting experience in Marrakesh with Omar as our guide, and I must say that it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From start to finish, Omar was professional, knowledgeable, and a great companion to have while exploring the vibrant food scene in Marrakesh. From the moment we met, Omar was friendly and welcoming, immediately putting us at ease and making us feel comfortable. He clearly has a passion for food and was excited to share his knowledge and expertise with me. As we walked through the bustling streets of Marrakesh, Omar pointed out various food stalls and restaurants, providing insightful commentary on the history and culture of the city's cuisine. Our first stop was at a small street vendor selling traditional Moroccan pastries. Omar knew exactly which ones to try, and each bite was a delicious explosion of flavor. From there, we moved on to several local outdoor food places where we sampled a variety of traditional Moroccan dishes, all of which were absolutely delicious. Throughout the tour, Omar was a great conversationalist and a joy to be around. He was happy to answer any questions we had, and his enthusiasm for the food and culture of Marrakesh was infectious. By the end of the tour, we felt like we had had an amazing culinary experience. Overall, we can't recommend Omar and his food tasting experience in Marrakesh highly enough. Wow! I honestly can’t say enough good things about this tour! This was truly a highlight of our stay! Adil was friendly, extremely passionate about the city, and so accommodating, helping us back to our hotel and finding us multiple different ATMs when a few didn’t work. He really made us feel at ease and welcome, sharing insights and facts about the city we hadn’t heard anywhere else. The tour itself is so much fun! We really got to see the beauty of the city at sunset, and the hustle and bustle of the night life. Honestly the only way I’d recommend seeing that area. If I didn’t have a guide, I’d still be lost in there! The food is so good, and it’s so much fun to try a variety of things. I highly recommend both this tour and Adil! You won’t regret it! What an incredible experience!

Our tour with Aimad was perfect - we had just arrived that morning and it was a great introduction to Marrakech as well as a way of orientating ourselves in the city. Aimad is very knowledgeable and shared lots of information with us, answering all our questions as we walked around the city centre tasting lots of lovely Moroccan treats. If possible do this tour on your first evening it will give you lots of ideas of what to eat while here and places you will want to go back to. This is a such an amazing way to see the culture of a country by doing a food tour. Adil gave us lot of history and tip for getting around and staying safe. The family really enjoyed this and all the food was so GOOD. I'm vegan and there was no problem doing this tour. This is a MUST tour just book. Don't eat before 😁

Ability recently guided our amazing tour of Marrakesh (evening Medina tour). Adil was friendly, hospitable and very knowledgeable. The local cuisine that he brought us for was really tasty and sitting and conversing with locals was a great experience that we wouldn't have gotten otherwise. My only regret is that we did mot meet Adil on our first day and we didn't have time for another tour as it was our last night. I would highly reccomend and will definitely be returning. Adil was a fabulous guide on my Food Tasting Tour of Marrakesh. He is so proud and knowledgeable (having grown up in the Medina) of his city. Once you meet him you can see how he loves to meet people and show them around as if they were life long friends. The tastings were amazing and I discovered foods I never would have tried on my own and places that I never would have found on my own. In between the tastings I benefited from his knowledge of the various craftsmen in the souks and again went to areas that only locals know about. I highly recommend doing a tour with Adil. Meine Freundin und ich haben lange überlegt für welchen Guide wir uns entscheiden. Letztlich fiel unsere Entscheidung auf Aimad. Wie es sich rausgestellt hat, war es eine absolut gelungene Entscheidung. Sein Auftreten war von Anfang an offen und ehrlich, professionell und seriös. Sein Wissen über Marokko und Marakesh ist sehr Breit gefächert und sehr detailliert.
