Federica came prepared. We love how she brought a tablet with her to show us useful information. All the while, having bites and drinks that were not too touristy. She showed us her favorite cicchetti and they were delicious and introduced us to select spritz, a very Venetian experience. It's a perfect escape from the crowds of Piazza San Marco. Highly recommend getting an aperitivo with her, very kind, nice and friendly! A very true local experience

My husband and I were in Venice for one night only. This was a great experience as we got to try multiple different Venetian delights as well as have a guided tour around some wonderful sights. Sarah was a fantastic guide and very knowledgeable about all sorts of interesting Venice history and tid bits. I was a bit worried it would be awkward with just my husband, me and a stranger but it wasn’t at all - was like having drinks with an old friend. Our tour with Mina was a highlight of our trip! He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We got a taste of Venetian history and a taste of local cuisine at his favorite spots (authentic places where the locals go, very cool). My wife and I signed up for the Bits and Bites in Venice Tour with Loris from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM on our first evening in Venice. We met him in the Campo del Ghetto Nuove in the Cannaregio district. For the next 2.5 hours, Loris navigated us through the calmer Cannaregio and Castello districts of Venice. It was a most welcome change from the more crowded, touristy sections of Venice we had encountered earlier in the day. We stopped several times for wine and appetizers selected by Loris. We enjoyed everything we had to eat and drink. He entertained us with information about the wine we were drinking and interesting insights into Venice. It was a great way to unwind and spend the evening. The next day Loris sent us an extensive list of places to eat and drink throughout Venice and the nearby islands. He went way beyond what I expect from a tour guide.Loris showed us the less touristy Venice

Loris was a personable friendly guide, he had in depth knowledge of wines and the Italian wine producing areas. He took us off the tourist track and introduced us to the local culture and area where he lived. He told us about the history of the areas we visited as well as what everyday life is like in Venice. He introduced us to more unusual wines such as ‘orange’ wine. We would thoroughly recommend the evening tour and Loris as a guide.An informative entertaining tour

Giada lead our group of 8 people through a food and wine filled Venice. She thought us about the history of the city, made us laugh with stories, and guided us through a culinary feast. She brought us to three unique and wonderful places, with amazing food, delicious wine, and supplemented it all with stories and smiles. As a sommelier she shared with us how to drink and understand wine which made the tour even better. I would highly recommend booking a tour with her, you will not regret it! Valerio gave us a nice overview of back streets and food. He was very informative and full of tips. Unfortunately, we only had 2 our of 3 stops for bites because we ran out of time. We started late and the third bite ended up at a hostel which was closed for dining- that was disappointing of course. Just schedule early and you will have a great time. After having chosen a specific guide for our Venetian tour we were confronted with 2 guide changes. Unfortunately, on the day of arrival we were stuck in horrendous traffic and asked if our tour could be done the next day. At first it was OK but then our guide changed her mind. In the end no tour and no refund. I have nothing good to say about the guide or the organisation. Disappointment

Wir haben die Nightlife Tour bei Valerio gebucht. Er ist ein sehr sympathischer, unterhaltsamer, offener und lustiger Mann, der schon viel von der Welt gesehen hat. Der perfekte Guide! Valerio hat uns in tollen drei Stunden durch die Stadtteile geführt, in denen die Einheimischen abends feiern gehen. Neben herausragenden Bars hat er uns einiges über den geschichtlichen Hintergrund der Stadt erklärt. Es war eine gute Kombination aus Sightseeing, Feiern und Geschichte. Es war eine sehr schöne, informative, lockere und spaßige Führung. Loris war flexibel, ging auf spontane Einfälle während der Führung ein. Es ist also keine starre, einprogrammierte Führung. Wir haben viele interessante Infos über Venedig mitgenommen, die man nicht im Reiseführer oder alleine findet. Wir sind ansonsten eher auf eigener Achse unterwegs, aber diese Führung mit Loris hat uns gezeigt, dass es sich doch lohnt, einen Guide zu nehmen. Und die Führung sollte man unbedingt am Anfang der Reise machen. Wir waren am nächsten Tag an einigen Orten der Führung nochmal. Danke Loris. Der beste Abend unserer Reise in Venedig

We spent our first night in Venice with Valerio and it was the greatest introduction to the city. We felt so safe and well taken care of and I think we all immediately formed a bond and I know that we will be friends forever! Without question, Valerio showed us the hot spots where we enjoyed great drinks and bites , but the tour was all that and so much more. Valerio showed us around the city at night, expertly walking us here and there, he brought us to the best sights and he gave us anecdotes and important history of Venice. We walked at the perfect pace and talked as we strolled along. But most of all, we got to know each other and we had SO MUCH FUN! Giulia is a lovely girl; very personable and knowledgeable about her home city. We had a great laugh with her and went to some super little bars which we’d never have found or known about ourselves . The traditional Italian nibbles and wines were very tasty. The only downside was the rain. There’s no substitute for getting a real feel for a place than experiencing it from a locals viewpoint. Fun evening, despite the rain!

We booked a Nightlife tour with Giada. She showed us the places where Venetians spend their evening. It might be we were the only tourists. We had a fun night out with Loris (also, hi Jada!) We wanted to get a flavour of night life in Venice and he was the perfect person to take us around. We got to sample the general laid back vibe and easygoing atmosphere of the nightlife culture. There is no such thing as too much wine or aperol spritz! Along the way, Loris showed us around the Jewish ghetto, explaining its origins and significance to the community and he took us down the most beautiful little side streets which were so very quiet and tourist free! Be warned, Venice is packed with them so getting shown around by a local, away from the traps was very welcome! Go for it, book him!Such fun!

Valerio ist ein sehr sympathischer Guide. Die Nightlife Tour war entspannend und sehenswert. Gut jemanden zu haben der sich auskennt. Ohne ihn wären wir viele Gassen gar nicht gegangen ausserhalb der Menschemassen. Hier ein Gläschen Wein oder ein Aperol Spritz und Häppchen am Wasser. Whenever we visit a new city, we like to do food or culture tours to get off the beaten path and see the city through the eyes of a local. Loris was welcoming, patient, and catered the tour to our small group three (based on his initial read of the group). He provided the right mix of historical information about Venice, cultural details on the city and nightlife, and specific details on the local wines and food we tasted. It also was very affordable for the number of drinks and snacks included. If we come to Florence again, we will definitely book with Loris for another one of his tours! I had epic much fun meeting Adair in Venice. She was so generous and thoughtful. Since it was a bar hopping tour, we visited typical Venetian style bars and tried many of their specialities..
