Lucrezia is absolutely wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and can answer all your questions. She is great with the kids (ours were 9yo and 6yo) and she is able to keep both adults and children engaged. This tour stays in St. Marks square and she gives you all the history including some photos on her iPad. Breakfast is provided at the worlds oldest restaurant Caffè Florian and last but not least a trip up to the top of the bell tower! I wish we had booked more tours with her. It was so nice to have a private tour. Highly recommend this tour to start your stay in Venice especially if you have younger children!!Such a great start to our trip!

Lu was such a great guide who was knowledgeable in so much Venetian history. We started right on time and at the location she said. We learned so much about the San Marco’s Square and everything that was around it. She was able to answer our questions about the history and area while also including pictures on her iPad that she had prepared. She made the experience very personable and it felt like we were learning about the city from a local friend. Breakfast was amazing and she also took us up to the top of the Bell Tower and explained the history of it and parts of the lagoon as well. This trip is highly recommended for anyone visiting Venice and I suggest doing this as a day one tour so you can have that history for the rest of the trip. The morning was also not busy at all in the square which made it more personable. Great morning start in Venice

We had a wonderful Kickstarter tour of Venice with Lu. My daughters (17 and 20) were not looking forward to a tour because they thought it would be boring, but they both enjoyed it. Lu did a great job of giving us great information, but not overwhelming us with details. She had pictures on her iPad to add more depth to the information she provided. We noticed things Lu had mentioned on our tour throughout our trip. She helped to making our trip to Venice more interesting. We did a tour with a different company the following day (Lu was not available) and we all wished Lu was doing the tour! She is a very gifted tour guide. In spite of having our visit shortened a bit by the cruise line as well as some rare summer showers, we had an excellent private tour. Lucrezia was an amazing, professional and expert tour guide. From day one in communication with Lu, she went above and beyond to help answer questions and customize our time with her. In meeting her, we all immediately felt so at ease and comfortable.
