Matteo was a great guide, who allowed my shy 13yo son to get out of his comfort zone and have a blast biking around the city. It was our last day on a quick visit to Rome, and we were able to see lots of gems that we otherwise would have missed. Matteo was friendly, knowledgeable and a great trouble-shooter when we had some unexpected road closures. I would highly recommend.Great way to see city highlights

It was wonderful to start my first time in Rome with this bike tour. We managed to get a great idea of ​​Rome on the first day. We went along beautiful trails within the parks around Rome and visited the main tourist attractions. It was great to have a bit of nature and a bit of the city on the same tour. I enjoyed this tour very much. Matteo was kind, on-time, helpful and happy to answer any questions we had along the way. The bikes are relatively easy to figure out and Matteo took the time before the ride to explain their features. I must say this tour is not for everyone. The bikes are assisted by battery powered motors but you will still expend some effort pedalling through Rome. Plus the route Matteo chose for us brought us through some dirt pathways, wooded areas and even stairs. You will also ride along busy city streets where you must be cautious and alert. Otherwise, it was fantastic to cover so much ground seeing Villa Borghese Park, The Spanish Steps, The Altar of the Fatherland and much more. Also you'll get to see some lovely Roman neighbourhoods most tourists miss. This is a great tour for those who enjoy being outside and on the move!On the move in Rome!

Seeing Rome and two of its beautiful parks on bike was so much fun. The ride was the perfect combination of city and trail riding and the ride home along the Tiber was a perfect way to finish the day. It was a great, active way to see the city. My teenage boys had a blast too. Matteo is a great guy, a great tour guide and generally just fun to be with for a few hours. We are grateful to him for our entire experience. Perfect for our whole family

We very much enjoyed our trip with Matteo, and the electric bikes were very good on Rome’s many hills! Matteo took us through two large parks and neighborhoods before entering the touristic center. We largely stayed on park roads and bike lanes and felt very safe, despite the infamous Roman traffic. This is a great way to get an overview of Roma and also enjoy the large green areas! Wir genossen eine Super-Velotour mit Matteo und konnten dabei auch Orte abseits der Touristenrouten kennenlernen, z.B. den Veloweg dem Tiber entlang. Die Menschenmassen in Rom konnten wir somit teilweise umgehen und haben trotzdem sehr viel von Rom gesehen. Auch auf individuelle Wünsche ist Matteo eingegangen. Spent a wonderful morning in Rome with Matteo exploring parks, the old city and along the Tiber. The bikes were high end and well maintained. Pyöräilyn ystävinä ja sähköpyöräilijöinä, koimme vaimon kanssa tämän kierroksen aivan loistavana tapana nähdä sekä Rooman keskustaa, että sen puistoja ja myös Via Appia. Pyysimme siis Matteolta 5 tunnin kierrosta 3 tunnin sijaan. Näin saimme kokea vähän enemmän "samalla vaivalla" ja meidän ei tarvinnut pitää kovaa kiirettä. Matteo osasi kertoa paljon asioita, mitä normaalit oppaat yleensä eivät ehkä kerro. Toisaalta hänellä ei ole syventävää tietoa Rooman historiasta, kuten virallisilla oppailla. Tämä kannattaa siis ottaa ensisijaisesti polkupyöräseikkailuna. Pääset näkemään paikkoja, joihin et muuten olisi osannut mennä. Pyörät olivat uusia Moustache ja KTM täysjousto sähköpyöriä Boschin Performance CX moottoreilla. Todella hienot kyydit sai!!! Aivan mahtava kokemus!

We had a great trip with Matteo. This was the first day in Rome with my two teenage boys. Matteo was super respsonsive on "With locals". He has top notch e mountain bikes and equipemnt - the best I have tried so far. We had a great trip exploring some forest tracks and going through the city - always safety first. This gave us a great first glance at top sites. An extra bonus was that he took videos of our entire trip and great pictures. He immedaitely edited them on the same day and now we have a very cool memory - All included in the price. Thanks a lot - highly recommend!Perfect way to see Rome with teenagers

Superb! A lot of fun and the perfect balance between city and nature. You get to see a lot of the city, even a few highlights, even if we could not go to the historic city center with the bikes. My 2 kids and I did a 3 hour bike tour with Matteo on electric bikes through Rome. My kids are in their 20's and we are all pretty good bikers so Matteo brought us into some park trails which was great for my son and then we biked into the city proper. Crowds were tough on a busy Saturday in June but being on the bikes allowed us to cover so much of the city. Matteo was super flexible given our jet lag (we had just arrived that morning and had gotten no sleep) and was very informative and fun to spend time with. I think this is a great way to get your bearings when visiting a new city and you can decide from there what you want to go back and see. The electric bikes were awesome; I may never want to ride a regular bike again. Great Way to See the City

FIVE STARS ***** We visited Rome for a long weekend, just the two of us. Our trip was amazing but Matteo really made it! Matteo is a great guide who knows his way around Rome (not only the highlights in the city center but also the trails in the hills and parks)! He can tell you all about the history of Rome. As a bonus he even took great pictures and made a video! I really enjoyed the trails on Monte Mario. What a superb view of Rome! Matteo is friendly and service oriented. Matteo was great! Very flexible with our schedule and adjusted our tour to our desires. We went into some gorgeous parks, one with an incredible view of Rome. Then we circumvented the heart of the busy city (at our request) and took a scenic ride down the Tiber. Matteo was knowledgeable and kind and took pictures of us with his professional camera. Matteo was such a knowledgable tour guide. He really knows his city and the electric bikes were an absolute blast. Easy to use and really assisted on hills. You can use as little or as much of the electric power as you want. It was the perfect tour to see the beautiful parks and gardens in Rome. I took my three teenage children for a break from all the museums and we had a fantastic afternoon. Matteo was even kind enough to take photos of our family and send them to us after the tour! I highly recommend this tour. Absolute Blast!

We have a great ride with Matteo. We were a party of four of various ages from 26 -70. the electric mountain bikes were awesome and Matteo took us through Villa Borghase down into the centre of Rome to see the sights. He was expert at picking the safest route through the traffic and we never felt at risk. He explained te sites as we arrived at each. There was also some more challenging down hill trails in the parks which were optional. Weather was great as well. Well done M Great ride with Matteo

Matteo is positive and funny, his tour is not just a bike tour is more about an experience. First of all because his bikes are electric so you can cycle everywhere in Rome (considering Rome was built on seven hills); second point that his electric bike with big wheels can bring you to the countryside of Rome which could be an interesting area to see (Appia Antica, Tombe di Cecilia Metella and Catacombs). Matteo is a very friendly, likable guide providing a truly exceptional experience. The electric assisted bikes are amazing - very little effort required if you desire an easy ride around the lovely parks and streets of this beautiful city. It does help to have some experience of riding a bike, but otherwise it is suitable for everyone wishing to see Rome from a different perspective. As a family of four, with two teenagers, the best accolade I can give, is that we would all definitely do it again!! Great fun!
