More about me
Hello! My name is Rafa, Rafa Nadal 😉
I am a Mallorcan chef who loves to travel. I have worked in different places in Spain like Basque Country, Barcelona and Seville. I am passionate about gastronomy and traveling mainly to experience the different cuisines of the world.
For 7 years I had a restaurant in Palma de Mallorca called "Claxon, intersection of kitchens"
Now, I focus on private groups and invite them at home where I make Mediterranean cuisine with international touches (Spanish, Italian, South American, Asian).
☝️ Much of the ceramic plates tableware is made by myself. I also like to paint pictures from time to time to decorate my house.
Also passionate about Mexican cuisine, a country that I visit every year to be able to soak up its wonderful food and where we have a beautiful project of villas and restaurants called "Palmita Project" in Baja California Sur
