We had a great time biking with Ae through Chiang Mai. The cars are pretty respectful of bike riders and Ae makes sure that you are safe. Saw a lot in a short amount of time bc we were in a bike. I recommend her tour highly! Biking with Ae was a delight!

We booked on short notice the evening before and were warmly welcomed by Ae, who was (as we) already ready at the meeting point shortly before our meeting time. The bikes & helmets were ready and off we went on a wonderfully organized bike tour through the old town: Ae is super knowledgeable on all sights and one can only imagine how much thought went into the route! We went through smaller streets to multiple stops, had a relaxed chance to experience the city while Ae was always pointing out interesting things, answering questions and making sure we had a great experience. While riding the bikes, Ae was a superb Guide: Giving clear instructions, while making sure we are safe by either using smaller streets, or observing the traffic and waiting for a clear window on more buzzing streets. We are super happy we stumbled upon this amazing tour while scrolling for what to do in Chiang Mai. Had a really great time exploring around Chiang Mai's old town with Aei - we asked for an evening tour, and it was perfect as the city cooled down. Traffic was manageable the whole time, and it was fun to ride around and discover places we wouldn't have thought to see on our own (like the Mae Kha canal). I really appreciate her consideration towards our group as well - two of us hadn't been cycling in a long time, but we found the pace and challenge manageable and the bikes were all also comfortable and well maintained. We saw much more stuff than we could've if we were going by foot, and it felt way more immediate and immersive than if we were taking a tuk-tuk or cab. Definitely do try this if you're new to the city! Great way to get to know Chiang Mai!

Loved our morning ride around Chang Mai with Aei. A few simple & clear instructions about the bikes& we were off! Aei took us to the old iron bridge at our request & then to a few markets & Wats, with lots of stories and history top being everything to life. Nach unserem dritten Mal in Chiang Mai, wollten wir die Stadt doch mal genauer erkunden. Aei hat uns an unserem Hotel in der Altstadt von Chiang Mai mit den Fahrrädern abgeholt, was ich sehr angehm fande. Wir sind durch kleine ruhige Gassen gefahren, haben Frauen und Kinder tanzen gesehen und haben an einem wunderschönen Tempel halt gemacht. Das Essen kam auch nicht zu kurz und zum Schluss gab es den besten Mango Sticky Rice den wir je gegessen haben. Aei hätte sich am Schuss auch noch die Zeit genommen um uns einen weiteren Tempel zu zeigen, obwohl wir den zeitlichen Rahmen schon gesprengt hatten. Wir können die Tour und Aei absolut empfehlen. Aei took us on a fantastic morning bike ride around the old city. We saw the best temples, stopped in at markets and lerned a lot about the history of this beautiful place. The riding was an easier and more efficient way to cover more ground while slow enough to enjoy the sights along the way. Aei was a super host. Faultless in every way. Highly recommend. We had the most wonderful bike tour around Chiang Mai with Aei. She was the best tour guide - took care of us to make sure we were safe and happy the entire time. Aei was the perfect guide. Her communication was always clear and she was really flexible in arranging the booking. The morning itself was great, discovering Chinatown and parts of the old city we could never have found for ourselves. Cycling meant we covered more ground and stayed cooler than on foot. We had a wonderful day with Aei. Neither of us had ever done a bike tour before and the experience was worlds better than a walking tour or bus tour. Under Aei's leadership, we felt comfortable and confident biking through the busy city streets (on the opposite side of the road than we're used to, no less). Aei was warm, kind, and engaging and had great general knowledge and niche knowledge of the places she took us to visit. She offered insight into the daily lives of local people and took us to both tourist and non-tourist spots. Aei tailored the tour to our interests and shared her wealth of knowledge and expertise with us. I had an amazing tour with Aei! She was very kind and social. I didnt had to worry about anything because Aei prepared everything perfectly! She took the time to explain everything about Chiang Mai she took me to a few famous spots, but also showed me local spot that was just amazing. We had a great tour with Aei. We had just arrived in Chiang Mai so it was a really interesting way to see and learn about Chiang Mai. Aei brought us to a local pad Thai place which was really cool and showed us some of the local food in the markets, as well as cycling around the city and seeing the temples. Lovely experience biking through the old city of ChiangMai with Aei! She brought us to the local foodmarkets and made us experience all different kind of flavors from Durian and Mangosteen to spicy chili sausages. She is a true local and even knows all of the people (some relatives even) at the markets. The bikeride itself was pleasant and easy. We visited a couple of temples where Aei told us about the rich history of each one. We could ask her about anything! One small tip: ask for a ‘large’ bike if you are 1m80 like me 😉 Would higly recommend to get a good feeling of what the city centre of ChiangMai is all about!Great experience allround!

What a great day we had with Aei bicycling in Chang Mai. She took us to so many places that we would have missed just walking. Highly recommend her services, it was a very safe and scenic tour. Aei was an amazing tour guide! She had lots of information about Chiang Mai and the region to share as well as her personal connection to the city and it's culture. Our afternoon with Aei was truly amazing. Aei, an enthusiastic foodie, was gracious, thoughtful, and delighted to show us Chiang Mai by bike. She took us to places we would never have found on our own. Chiang Mai was setting up for its annual lantern festival as we toured the town. The vibrant color of the lanterns punctuated by several street food tastings produced a unique and fascinating tour experience. Aei was very knowledgeable about local culture and history. I was a bit anxious about navigating a bike through crowded busy streets, but Aei's navigational skills put me at ease throughout the tour as she communicated the plans step by step and guided us to less busy side streets as much as possible. Our guide was great. She was very knowledgeable about the city. Showed us all over and taught us a bunch. It was a workout though. We biked all over at first the traffic scared me but then after an hour we got used to it. My hubby wanted to Ride around longer but, I was done at the 3 hour mark. Aei was awesome, came and got us and we even got snacks we haven’t tried yet. Exciting. If I had to change anything I wish the seat was bigger so my bum wasent sore, and or handle bars we’re higher. Like a beach cruiser. But overall a great tour Great work out while looking at the city.

Met onze kinderen van 5, 7 en 8 een mooie tour gemaakt door de stad. Voor de kleinste was er een ‘tag along’ fiets aan mijn fiets vast waardoor ze ook mee kon trappen (en veel bekijks had). Het leukste aan de tour is dat je op plaatsen komt waar je zelf niet zou komen en zo de stad op een leuke manier leert kennen. Aei spreekt goed Engels en het is leuk om haar van alles te kunnen vragen. Aanbevolen!Dwars door Chiang Mai

Samen met Aei, mijn man en onze 2 kinderen (13 + 10) Chiang Mai van een andere kant bekeken. Aei pikte ons met fietsen op bij het hotel en vandaar uit vertrokken voor tocht van 3 uur. Naast wat monumenten en tempels ook 2 markten bezocht, waar we de enige toeristen waren. Typisch Thaise lekkernijen en tropische vruchten gegeten. Aei spreekt prima Engels en doet er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken. Hele leuke ervaring!

We did a bike tour of Chiang Mai city with Aei and we loved it. Aei was very knowledgeable about the city and showed us local spots that we would have not seen otherwise. We booked a cycling tour of the old city of Chiang Mai. Aei our guide was fantastic. She tailored the tour to what we wanted. She kept us off the main roads and we experienced all the windy little back lanes and streets. We are not regular cyclist and she kept it to a manageable pace.
