Cecilia guided us over two days, once to the Cathedral and once to the Alcazar. We bypassed the long lines because we had a guide and she provided lots of helpful information and answers to our questions. Laura spent four days with our family, doing a different 2-3 hour tour with us each day, and she was both an absolute delight and a knowledgeable and engaging guide for all of the members of our family! Our ten year old twin girls stayed engaged with her the entire time, peppering her with questions and listening raptly. She’s wonderful at keeping children engaged and adults interested. That is not an easy feat. When we had to say goodbye at the end of our four days, we felt like we were saying goodbye to a dear friend. If you are going to visit Seville, book a tour for the Cathedral! And with Juan😉 We booked a tour with Juan for the Cathedral of Seville. The first hour we walked in the area around the Cathedral and he told a lot of the history. he knows so much about the history and also inside the Cathedral he tells you as much as possible! You can notice that Juan loves his city. I can write a whole story, but the conclusion is, just book the tour! You won’t regret it. Highly recommended!

Our family of 3, including our 16 year old son, absolutely loved our tour with Juan Fernando!! He is an expert in the history of the area, showed us all around the Jewish Quarter and then into the Cathedral, which was so incredibly beautiful!! Juan gave us just the right amount of information without being overwhelming, showed us his favorites and quickly picked up on what we would be interested in, and showed us all of that and more!! Each of us felt like we learned so much, but also had a wonderful time!! He gave us so many ideas for things to do with our time after the tour and just took such great care of us!! We wanted to see the Cathedral and other areas of Seville. We prefer a private tour if the price is reasonable. We contacted Maria, told her what we wanted to see and she responded immediately. Elena was an excellent guide, with a really deep knowledge of Seville culture, food and traditions. She is also very relaxed and fun which made the day fly by. Elena provided us with a fantastic food tour experience in Triana. We tried lots of different foods and drinks, and were very full by the end of the tour. Elena also gave a lot of great historical background information on the food and neighborhood. Elena has training in gastronomy/wine, in addition to being born and raised in Seville, making her a fantastic tour guide. The one area for improvement would be around organization. Elena reached out to reschedule our tour the day before, which luckily we were able to accommodate. Seamlessly integrating information about history, culture, and food, she deeply enriched our visit to Sevilla. We learned and experienced things that we would never have had access to otherwise — for example, a bar steeped in the history of flamenco as a form of artistic resistance that served an exclusive variety of orange wine and a fantastic dish of pork prepared in an Arabian style.
