Experience hosted by Jordan
Toronto's brewing scene has exploded over the last decade. With nearly 60 breweries in the city and over 400 in Ontario, there's so much to explore. Whether your preference is English-style cask ale, modern Hazy IPAs, or some of the best lager ever made in Canada, I'll be your guide through some of the city's best beer bars and breweries.
In addition to being born and raised in Toronto, I'm the author of the Ontario Craft Beer Guide and editor of The Growler, Ontario's Craft Beer Magazine. I'm also a Certified Cicerone (the beer equivalent of a sommelier) and head of a beer program at a local culinary school. With my finger on the pulse of the city's beer scene, I can offer you an unparalleled tour experience.
Not only can I tell you everything you ever wanted to know about beer, but I can also customize the tour to your preferences. With so many fantastic breweries in Toronto, we can tailor the experience to find ones you'll truly enjoy. Join me for an unforgettable journey through Toronto's vibrant craft beer culture. Cheers!

I'm something of a rarity: I was born in Toronto. 75% of the people who live here moved here from other parts of Canada or other parts of the world. Not only have I lived here my whole life, but I'm an award nominated local historian and also the author of the Craft Beer guide for the province of Ontario.
While I've been specializing in the culinary and sightseeing tours that Withlocals offers, I'm sometimes asked to customize itineraries. Whether that's a bespoke walk through Chinatown for authentic Southeast Asian specialties or an introduction to the city's high points, I'm game for just about anything that doesn't involve driving.
