Wir haben CHF 288.00 bezahlt für eine Führung, die faktisch keine war. Einzig die Begleitung auf dem Schiff vom Zentrum bis zur Tower Bridge war ein Mehrwert. Die Tickets für das Schiff haben wir zusätzlich bezahlt. Die CHF 288.00 für die Begleitung auf dem Schiff sind in keinem Verhältnis...es ist jenseits, so viel Geld für diese Leistung auszugeben. Zudem hat er uns Gregory auch noch falsche Informationen betreffend Bus gegeben. Ich war faktisch spätabends mit meinen zwei Kindern an der Haltestelle für den Bus zurück zum Hotel und der Chauffeur hat uns dann gesagt - dass das Busticket, das Gregory für uns organisiert hat und uns informiert hat, es wäre 24 Stunden gültig - bereits um 17 Uhr abgelaufen sei.... Wir haben dann das Taxi ins Hotel genommen und zusätzlich nochmals Geld ausgegeben. Gerne würden wir ein bessere Bewertung machen. Gregory ist ein sehr sympathischer Mensch - aber seine Führung war wirklich richtig schlecht. Wir möchten ihm mit dieser Bewertung nicht schaden, aber wir haben viel zu viel Geld für das, was er uns geboten hat, bezahlt! Freundliche Grüsse Nicole HadornEnttäuschend

Sophie was great for our family of 5 with 3 teenagers! She was super easy to communicate with even helping me with some London specific questions I had before we traveled. She met up with us at our hotel which kicked the tour off to a great start! She showed us ALL the highlights we wanted to see, filled in so much fun and interesting history as we walked and showed us some treasures in London we would have never seen without her - hello Leake Street!!!! Anthony was a fabulous tour guide. He had tons of knowledge, checked in regularly and ensured that we were well taken care of. We were a party of 4 with 2 young children. Our 7 year old is full of energy and Anthony did a great job of incorporating her throughout our tour. He offered advice for places to eat, other points of interest and had great stories that kept us all well entertained and informed. He was also flexible when our original date needed to be changed. Chris is such a gem of a tour guide! From our first interaction prior to meeting, through our tour, and our interactions afterwards, Chris strives to make your time in London memorable! He took me, my husband, and our two small children (4 &6) on a great two hour tour. He shared interesting (and not boring) historical facts and showed us around the city. He told us about wonderful restaurants and shops for the rest of our trip and was willing to answer questions for the rest of our time in London. Every city needs a tour guide like Chris! We loved our tour with Anthony! It was two adults two kids(ages 4 and 8 ). My daughter said this was her favorite tour during our entire trip which says slot considering we were in Paris before and did about 5-6 different tours during that time. Anthony was a fantastic guide as he took us from St Paul’s, across the millennium bridge and into old London. He provided interesting stories along the way, guided us through Borough’s market and Southwark cathedral, giving insight that we would not have learned in guide books. Anthony did a great job. We have two boys, ages 6 and 10 and he was engaging and energetic with them and kept them interested. He wound up taking us to places we would not have known about or gone to on our own and introduced us to some yummy food! He also helped us pay attention to details we would have normally ignored and we learned a lot which definitely enhanced the tour! Overall a great experience and we are glad we did it!Great tour

Wir haben eine 2Std. familienfreundliche Führung vei Gregory gebucht. Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen. Gregory hat uns neben den StandardSightseeingHighlights auch zu Ecken in London geführt, die wir so nicht entdeckt hätten, wie z.B. einen wunderbaren Markt. Zudem war Gregory stehts unseren beiden Kindern zugewandt und ist auf auch auf deren Interessen eingegangen. Die Führung war sehr informativ und kurzweilig. Anthony did a great job showing our family of 5 (kids ages 13,11, and 5) around London. We showed up late (traffic was terrible) and it was raining - so he had a tough job! His passion for London was evident and he did a great job explaining things to us adults and our kids. We explored areas of the city that we would definitely not have found by ourselves as first time London visitors. We were grateful for his suggestions on some treats we bought at the market - cheeses and breads and wine that we enjoyed back in our apartment as we warmed back up after a cold and rainy day. We had a London sights and Sounds tour with Gregory. Maybe we got off on the wrong foot... It was raining and our 2 year old decided he does not really like to do a tour, so we were pretty disturbed at the beginning. That was not Gregories fault of course, just the small detail that we did not find the exact meeting place, because he gave us a wrong location for the start (not far, but not correct). He found us when he noticed that. Not all the information given on the tour was correct: The metal strings on the sides of the millennium bridge are for stabilisation, but they were not put there after the bridge was opened first, but actually part of the initial design. We found parts of the tour nice: the details about the street artists, and the secret celebrity living in the old cathedral. We found it sad, that we can book a tour when the sights are closed: the a tate modern gallery and borough market were closed, so no 360 view for us. I would have though a local should know when to take people where and maybe inform the tourists before the tour about it, or maybe reschedule? He seemed just as surprised as we were. All in all not the experience we were looking for, but he gave us nice tips of what we could do or see after the tour.Not the best tour we ever had
