Our group of 4 adults, 3 teens, 1 kid enjoyed our outing with Salvatore. He was low key funny and patient as we took photos, asked questions, went to the bathroom, had tired feet and were distracted by the shops and architecture of Milan. Army, was excellent on his time guiding us through Milano's tourist spots. We were a family group with children of varied ages, so it was difficult to find something engaging for everyone simultaneously, but he did a very good effort at pointing out interesting nuggets of trivia and entertaining/funny quips to keep the group on track. He is a native Italian, and his english is fluent. We covered as much as possible on a walking trip under the blazing heat and he also was kind enough to give us outstanding recommendations for meals and sightseeing. All in all, A+Friendly and competent guide

We booked a child friendly tour Francesca for my 6 year old granddaughter and a group of 6 adults. Francesca did such a wonderful job engaging with little Eleanor while also keeping us adults engaged and interested. Francesca really knows the city and the history and shared many fascinating details with the group, while playing “games” with Eleanor, asking her cute questions about her impressions etc. I highly recommend our guide, who packed a lot of really interesting sights into our two hour tour, which ended with ice cream and hugs a lots of new memories. Alice was great! She adjusted the tour to make sure it was a good experience for our four year old daughter. We walked around Duomo, got Gelato, a stop in the old market, the stock exchange, the castle, see the ducks and turtles in the park, and finished in China Town. I think she she customised it a little for us as we wanted to stay away from too much of the hustle and bustle. Our tour with Claudia was a very useful and interesting one. It was a bit exhausting for our 5 and almost 7 year olds but they managed through. Claudia was patient, spoke English well so communication was not a problem. I imagine how it will be for her to lead a family on a tour walking ahead, looking back and talking for 2 hours. Not very easy. So thanks Claudia. Only regret is we forgot to get a family picture with you to remember you with. Our time with Claudia was a lovely way to get a general idea for the city of Milan. We talked about some aspects of Milan’s history and also about some of its more current developments. Claudia was so helpful with our wandering 18-month-old. He even walked with her by the hand, preferring her to us. She told us about some good food joints and even bought us coffe. My grandson (11) and I had a rainy day tour with Salvatore and it was a little difficult to hear with our rainhoods over our ears. Nevertheless, he provided interesting facts about Il Duomo, the Galleria, and the Castello Sforcesco. The highlight was Navigli, an area we did not know and thoroughly enjoyed. Salvatore was accommodating, accompanying us to Decathlon to buy soccer balls for my grandson and skipping part of his planned tour that would not have interested him. Interesting Tour

My husband and I had a great experience on our walking tour with Salvatore. He had three rules, if we had a question to ask, if we needed or wanted to stop for something let him know, if there was anything specific we wanted to see let him know. Salvatore had many surprise viewing points throughout the tour that he had carefully curated for funny or historical stories…or both. He took a number of “Instagram worthy pictures” for us, and took us on the oldest tram in the city and the metro. He made sure to explain where we were going, how to use the transit, how much it cost and took the time to explain how we could get back to our hotels with transit or by foot. He even suggested an awesome bar for aperitivo and an additional attraction to see if we walked home. I would highly recommend Salvatore if you are up for an entertaining and educational tour of Milano! Great tour of Milano with Salvatore!

We chose Francesca for this tour and so glad we did. She was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. My husband injured his knee and she was very mindful of his comfort. Her knowledge of Milan’s history is vast. We learned so much. She brought us to churches as this was our interest. We strolled through a lovely botanical garden. It happened to be fashion week so we detoured to the high end designer shopping district to window shop. She found a terrific cafe for lunch with the most delicious paninis.
