Noemi could not have been more lovely and charming - she made all of us ( my wife and I and three 13 year olds) feel welcome and engaged on our journey through Pompeii. The weather was cloudy and a bit rainy but Noemi was a ray of sunshine. She shared her knowledge, her personal stories, made us laugh and sing - literally! And she navigated our moody teens with kindness and compassion. We learned so much about the daily life of the Pompeiians as well as their tragic demise. Six of us joined Noemi for a wonderful and educational tour of Pompeii. The kids (9 and 11) were so engaged with Noemi’s map and riddles, with our daughter saying it was her favorite tour in the last week! We are a family of four, 2 adults with 7 and 9 year old children. Noemi was so lovely, the train was raining late and we were stressed about missing the tour and she was waiting for us at the station ready to go all smiles. My kids were so happy in her explanation of Pompei’s history as she used terms they could understand and she kept them entertain the entire time. The kids felt comfortable to ask questions and loved the treasure hunt, with prizes at the end as well! We had such a lovely tour of Pompeii with Noemi. She kept our girls 11, 13 & 13 engaged—answering and asking questions the entire time. She has such a passion for, not just showing people Pompeii, but letting them experience it. Pompeii itself is incredible! It’s sad, but just mind-blowing that things from so long ago are so well preserved for us to see. I highly, highly recommend this tour! Worth every penny of your money and every moment of your time. Noemi went above and beyond for our family—helping us navigate a bus back to the train station, and then places to eat in Naples, and she did is with such joy—she loves her community and helping tourists to appreciate all that her city has to offer. We did a treasure hunt in Pompeii with Noemi and my 11 year old loved it. She keeps saying what a lovely person Noemi is as she truly is. The treasure hunt in Pompeii takes 3 hours and I was worried it might be too long but actually with all those interesting stories and lots to see we’d easily listen to Noemi for another hour. Time really flies. I would recommend Noemi and the treasure hunt tour to any family with younger children. Even the adults have lots of fun! Noemi is just great! Noemi was, in a word, perfection. She went above and beyond, helping coordinate a taxi for our large and complicated group, requesting different drop offs at different times. She even met us in Napoli Centrale to assist with our transfer! Noemi was absolutely wonderful with the children in our group, helping them appreciate the site in a way that was really appreciated by us all. For the rest of us, she added additional explanation and was always able to answer our questions. So it wasn’t just a tour for kids. For families traveling with children, Noemi is the absolute best. Noemi was amazing. Her tour of Pompeii was excellent. She was informative and interesting. She was brilliant with the children, aged 9 and 11, and kept them engaged the entire time. She had maps for the kids with a treasure hunt as we went through the Pompeii site. She was great at keeping in touch before and after the tour and gave us great tips for seeing Naples as well. If we could have stayed longer, we would have done a tour of Naples with her also. Fantastic guide!

The treasure hunt in Pompeii with Neomi was a great experience and idea. Pompeii is a very interesting place but sometimes for the kids Is a little heavy. With Neomi the kids feel that they can learn an enjoy during the complete the missions. Adults as well enjoyed this experience. Neomi is very patient and very kind. Our family spent the morning with Noemi touring Pompeii. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience and Noemi. Our three girls ages 5,7,10 cannot stop talking about her. She is one of the kindest humans I have ever met and I wish we could tour all of Italy with her. She went out of her way to make our time with her extra special. Her knowledge of Pompeii is extensive and she provided my husband and I with so many interesting facts while keeping the girls entertained with riddles and scavenger hunts. She even met up with us in Naples later in the day to give a small gift to my oldest daughter as they both love to make bracelets. Noemi is truly excellent and I would recommend her in a heartbeat. We went 4 people to see the ruins. My wife and I with our two boys aged 7 and 12 respectively. They really enjoyed the treasure hunt that was included and couldn't wait for the next clues and riddles. Noemi happily answered all of our questions and provided a week planned trip around the huge area. We wouldn't have had the same knowledge and experience had we walked on our own. We visited Pompeii with our three children and niece (ages 10, 8, 6 & 6). Since my husband and I had already explored the site, we wanted this trip to be focused on introducing the children. Noemi was a fantastic tour guide and tailored everything to our needs. We needed to be picked up and dropped off at the Naples port and only wanted a 2 hour tour as we had three small children with us. Thanks to Noemi We had the most wonderful day visiting Pompeii and Naples. She was very responsive and helpful throughout the process of organizing the day, answering all our questions and helping us to figure out transportation and logistics. We were 11 people in our group and had 6 kids with us, including little ones. She was sweet and patient and made sure to keep them engaged. She is knowledgeable and a great story teller. Her love for Pompeii and her city shows. Noemi also arranged lunch for us in a wonderful local restaurant. We tried local cuisine in a low key, delicious place. Leading up to our experience, Noemi was very helpful in giving us detailed instructions on how to reach Pompei from Rome by train. It was obvious that she was extremely knowledgeable about Pompei and its history. Treasure Hunt with Noemi was super. Although we started at 0900, it was hot and it became even hotter. Noemi was patient with our firsty grumpy boys. She was nice, knowledgable and replied every question we thought of. The treasure hunt is basic but the kids enjoyed it very much; and we all an opportunity to see , understand and feel Pompeii in a very special way. We are a family of 6 (2 young children, 2 adults, and 2 elderly adults) who wanted to see Pompeii and Naples, fortunately we found the perfect tour guide to show us the sights. Noemi was so wonderful that we didn't want to leave her at the end of the day!! Upon our arrival in Pompeii she was already there to greet us even though we were early. She instantly made us all feel comfortable and had a great plan to navigate us through the ancient city. She made it fun for the kids to enjoy with a scavenger hunt and had so much knowledge to share with the adults along the way. Her english was perfect and she could answer any question we had for her. Her familiarity with Pompeii allowed us to move swiftly through the city and she was careful to cater to our family of all ages. Once we left Pompeii we headed to Naples to explore a whole new city. In the car she gifted our kids with little candies and local bracelets to ensure they remembered this day with fondness. In Naples Noemi arranged lunch for us all at the most delicious restaurant (I wish I had the name so I could advise you to go there!) where we sat outside under the trees and ate Ragu pasta and devoured fresh mozzarella. It was the most picturesque spot and we all laughed and talked and shared stories like we've known each other for a lifetime. Noemi has a real gift to connect with people and her passion for the cities can be heard through her stories. After lunch we toured Naples darting in and out of neighborhoods, taking pictures by the sea, eating local pastries. Our whole family felt like we spent days in Naples by how much we were able to see. At the end of the day Noemi walked us to our port on time so we could depart her lovely city. We highly recommend taking a tour with Noemi, it will be a day full of lasting memories. We will definitely be visiting again!! Our favorite tour of the trip!

Noemi was amazing from start to finish. She helped us navigate the train system, met us right out front of the train station, and was very flexible since the train took much longer than we thought. We learned so much more than we would have if we would have gone on our own. She was kind to our whole group, which was quite large...14 in total. Noemi was like a whirlwind when we met up. She was very friendly and her English was very good. The Ice Breaker was getting me to traverse the Piazza del Plebiscito Blindfolded, as prisoners were reputed to have attempted in order to gain their freedom. (I nearly made it). Noemi was so passionate about her city, and described how it came to be as it is now, from the earliest formative volcanos, to the socio political struggles through the ages. She really brought the place to life. The "Shrine" to Maradona was a surprise, as was the varied graffiti art around the Spanish Quarter. We loved the 'Nini, Toto, Peppi" Story. Hilarious!! The Naples equivalent to "Morecambe and Wise" we think. She rounded off the tour at the most amazing Pizza restaurant "Vincenzo Capuano", where you were given golden Scissors to cut into your Pizza. We have come away with a desire to return and explore more of Noemi's city. Grazie mille, mio ​​appassionato amico. Speriamo di rivederti.Naples with a Passion!
