My family and I did our first walking tour of Rome with Max. Max wss super communicative from the start, chill and very easy to talk to . He’s funny, kind and very accommodating . We had 2 kids who weren’t always the best behaved through the 3 hour tour ( some tantrums and fights along the way) but he was super patient and went with the flow. He took us to this amazing gelato place too :) Max had lots of stories to tell which made all the history so fascinating - his depth of knowledge and all those details that he knows are clearly impressive . We had an amazing tour - and would highly recommend him to anyone ! Great walking tour !

Auf unserer Rom Städtetour Anfang Mai 2025, haben wir Romain für eine 5 Stunden Full Coverage Rome City Tour gebucht. Zuerst einmal möchten wir uns noch einmal bei Romain für seine unglaubliche Flexibilität und seinen Kundenservice bedanken, da wir aufgrund von Anreiseproblemen erst mit 8 Stunden Verspätung in Rom eingetroffen sind und den vereinbarten Termin mit Romain nicht einhalten konnten. Internet sei Dank, klappte die direkte Kommunikation und Romain hat uns angeboten die Tour zu splitten, so das wir am Anreisetag 2 Stunden und am Folgetag 3 Stunden das Vergnügen hatten uns von Romain fachkundig, mit vielen Anekdoten und Hintergrundinformationen versehen, durch diese erstaunliche Stadt führen zu lassen. Oft liefen wir abseits der überlaufenen Touristenattraktionen, entdeckten versteckte Hinterhöfe, gingen kleine, schmale Gassen entlang, um plötzlich wieder auf einer belebten Piazza heraus zu kommen um dann in der nächsten Gasse weitere Jahrhundert alte Säulen und von außen völlig unscheinbare Gebäude, kaum als Kirche zu identifizieren, zu entdecken, die dem Besucher viele Malereien und andere Schätze bereit hält. Wir können nur jedem, der eine Städtetour abseits der normalen Wege sucht ( Closseum, Vatikan etc. sind groß genug, die findet man auch allein ;) ) eine ausgedehnte Tour mit Romain absolut empfehlen und würden diese auch jederzeit wieder buchen, da es noch viel mehr zu sehen gibt. 11 von 10 Sternen.Full Coverage mit Romain. Dina took us on a great tour of the Uffizi Gallery and the Accademia Gallery. She was very responsive in planning our tour and made adjustments based on what I requested. She was willing to do less than the usual 4 hour tour since we thiught that would be too long for us. Dina was such a great guide that she made our time at the museums one of our favorite activities. She knew just the right pace to go and how much detail to give us to keep it interesting for our group of six. Aside from being so informative she was so fun and easy to be with. Our guide, Chiara, was very friendly and had the right pace for the day. She answered our questions and kept us moving, but did not feel rushed. We liked that she focuses on local establishments (not chains) and has relationships with local vendors. The market was great to explore (Clare gave us time to shop, too!) and we loved seeing the restaurant's wine cellar. I liked that this tour spent more quality time in a particular area, rather than running around trying to see all the attractions. I would recommend this tour to others as a great way to get to know a neighborhood that is a bit off the beaten tourist track in Romegood way to explore the Testaccio area

I got a guide to the Vatican for my dad, brother & sister in law and Elenora was fantastic from the start. She reached out to me immediately so I could give her the details of the booking and most importantly, that I would not be apart of it. This tour was originally booked for a week after the pope passed away, and as soon as the news released that the pope had passed, she reached out to me to start figuring out a solve & seeing if the tour was still a possibility. Elenora was focused on still making this experience all it could be and we ultimately were able to change the day of the tour so they would have full access to the Vatican. They had an excellent time and I couldn’t be more grateful to Elenora for being proactive and committed to making this tour happen. The tour was ultimately a highlight of their trip! Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Tag mit Romain. Durch die besondere Situation in der Stadt ( Beerdigung des Papstes), haben wir auch eine besondere Tour mit Romain erlebt- so ein wenig die „Hidden Places“ von Rom erlebt ! Unser Fußmarsch führte uns eben nicht zu den „ Highlights“ für Touristen, sondern vorbei an kleineren Kirchen und Brunnen, durch herrliche Viertel - mit besonderer Architektur, bis hin in den wunderschönen Park um die Villa Borghese mit dem Abschluss auf dem Besucheraussichtspunkt und dem fantastischen Ausblick auf Rom ! Romain war toll !! Zum einen verfügte er über enormes Wissen- ohne uns damit zu überladen - beantwortete jede unserer Fragen, kurzum, erlebten wir ein auf uns persönlich eingestelltes Programm. We spent four epic hours with Max, who was able to keep the whole family entertained and captivated with Roman stories. We hit most of the hotspots (which can be catered to each family/group) and all feel we learned ao much about what the city has to give. There is what we read in guide books, and then there are those stories which can only be told by someone who has lived and breathed a city with so much passion and curiosity. The tour was both entertaining and enriching, catered for both myself and my two boys (aged 9 and 11). We walked for miles, but all felt light and manageable - even in Rome’s organised chaos!! We booked Bado for a city walk guided tour, with our 2 kids, aged 7 and 15, while we were visiting Rome for the first time. Firstly, Bado is really friendly and so easy to chat to. He balanced history, culture, architecture and story-telling perfectly. It wasn't too much info so as to overload the kids and he was so happy to answer their questions and pick up on what interested and engaged each of them. We covered a lot of ground, all the 'showstopper' moments (Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Roman Forum) and stopping regularly along the way for views you might not get on a larger more generic tour, and of course breaks for gelato and snacks (crucial when touring a city with kids!) This kind of personalised pace is something you simply cannot get when joining a big group. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you Bado!Super Experience with Bado!
