Mia was great. She explained some Danish history. And she gave us some fun examples of modern Danish culture. Ours was a 5 hour tour. - but the time flew by. We enjoyed our tour with Grazi a lot. At the beginning she asked us some questions to better understand what we are interested in.
She gave us a great overview of the Danish and Scandinavian history which helped us a lot to better understand the city. She had a huge background knowledge of all the sites visited and could answer all our questions. It was very lively and never boring.
We were glad that we took the tour on our first day of our 5 days stay. We got so many tipps what to do, see and eat. After the tour Grazi was so kind to send us links to all of her tipps.
Besides Grazi took the most amazing pictures of us. So we have perfect memories of all the sites we went.

Fabrine was a great tour guide and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with her. Fabrine was a wealth of knowledge about life in Copenhagen and its history. We saw a section of the city we probably would not have gotten to on our own (we only had 2 days in Copenhagen). The tastings were well thought out and delicious and was our dinner for the evening. Fabrine's knowledge on the fascinating hidden gems of Copenhagen would never let you guess that she isn't a native local. In fact, she has probably explored and studied the nooks and corners of the city more than most locals have - which is a great asset for a Highlights and Hidden Gems tour.
She also introduced us to some great Danish food - we particularly loved the scrumptiously fresh smørrebrød (Danish open-faced sandwiches) and delicious fiskefrikadeller (fish cakes) that we tried. I highly, highly recommend touring with Bo Michael. Too many times when you visit a new city you only hit the well known tourist spots. But for a richer, more in depth experience, scheduling a tour with Bo Michael is the best! We were a group of four and it was both educational and conversational. We loved everything about it. He took us to several places of interest and other spots that we never would have considered. The view from the film institute was fantastic! This is our second time with a With Locals guide (the first was Eamus in Ireland) and we will never visit a new city without putting a With Locals tour on the the first day of the visit. Best Investment!

Celine was a fantastic guide. Her English was great. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain about the city's history and culture whilst showing us some tasty treats and explaining some of the things to look for in traditional danish cuisine. She gave us some lovely suggestions on where was worth exploring for dinner that evening too and what was a good idea to visit whilst we were in the city. She even managed to do what I couldn't (and I have been living and working elsewhere in Denmark for about 10 months myself) and explain the concept of 'hygge' to us in a way that even I finally think I understand it...Skip lunch, because you will feel full after this tour on food, with a side of history and culture

Our tour was fantastic, Grazi was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Copenhagen, particularly about the history of the city. She took us to some great places that we wouldn’t have known existed. We ate lovely locally produced food and had locally produced beers etc. We were never rushed and really felt the tour was personalised for us. Enjoyed our tour with Fabrine who was chatty and well informed. Lots to taste on the tour, although we would have preferred to start savoury and finish sweet. Best stop was at Le Pave where we had open sandwiches and beer. Not so sure about the fried pancakes and pastries which felt a little less special. Food market was great but it means a lot came at once so the end of the tour felt rushed.Fabrine is lovely…!

Wow. What a fun afternoon. We spent about 3 hours with Fabrine walking (and talking!) around Copenhagen really soaking in the culture of the city. And ate and drank a ton! Pace yourself - You will get full! Some stops were in "touristy". areas but some were not - either way - the food was always great. If you are looking for a more intimate experience with a local to understand how the local food and the culture mesh, this may be the tour for you! Celine did an outstanding job of introducing us to Copenhagen both in terms of the highlights and hidden gems as well as the culture and "personality" of the Danish. I think the fact that she has been in Copenhagen for so many years but came from a different country originally gave her great insight into what it's like to be new to the country. We'd read a great deal about Copenhagen and watched numerous youtube videos but Celine's tour helped us put it all together and take the best advantage of our next few days in Copenhagen. We had the most amazing experience on the "10 Tastings of Copenhagen" tour with our guide, Grazi. From the moment we met her, it was clear that Grazi had an incredible depth of historical knowledge about Copenhagen. She shared fascinating stories and details about the city's past, enriching the entire tour.
We thoroughly enjoyed sampling the wide variety of food and drinks. The organic hot dog was an absolute highlight—so delicious and unique! The food market we visited was another fantastic experience, offering an exciting array of local flavors that we hadn't anticipated.
One of the standout moments was our visit to the oldest bakery in Copenhagen, where we indulged in some of the most delicious pastries we've ever had. It was such a treat to experience this part of Copenhagen's culinary heritage.

Our private guide, Céline Faty, was incredible. She was punctual and that set the tone. Warm, engaging and knowledgeable. Time was flying by as we walked and talked, ate and drank. Céline was absolutely fantastic as the host of our food tour in Copenhagen. Great intro the night before via text and confirming meeting point. Set off for a wander round the city centre taking in various stops with superb food choices. Hotdog 😋. Elderflower drink was lovely too. Then the best pork in ages. So succulent. After that a walk to the food market for a IPA and spicy cod cake. Another walk to the bakery for coffee and pastry 😋, with the final stop at Tivoli Gardens for Schnapps and Smørrebrod. Absolutely full.
