Anthony was a fantastic tour guide and kept our 6 and 9 year old children engaged and interested in learning about the sites we were seeing in London. Kemal took my family of 4 to various points around the Galata Tower area. Within the first hour, we already learned a great deal of technique and info. We had no idea what our iPhones were capable of doing. He engaged my kids (12- and 14- y/o) in a natural way and encouraged them to keep taking photos throughout the experience. He sprinkled in historical information to give context of where we were. Highly recommend for beginners like us and I’m sure would be an amazing reliever for experienced photographers.Learned much more than I could imagine.

We love history and Sorcha delivered even the more gruesome and sensitive of London’s varied history in an age appropriate and informative way. She also scheduled in excellent breaks for snacks that ensured my jet lagged boys didn’t get (too) whiney on the ~5 miles we ended up covering. Wir waren mit Gregory auf einer privaten Tour unterwegs. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war nicht die typische Tour mit zig historischen Jahreszahlen sondern ein Blick auf einen Teil Londons, den man als Tourist sonst nicht bekommt. Wir waren auf einem tollen Trödelmarkt, haben den Brokkoliman besucht, waren im Second Home, einem Bürocenter mit einem völlig neuen Konzept, haben Kellerräume mit einem großen Vintage Markt gesehen und sind in die Welt der Spraykunst eingetreten. Graffiti über hunderte von Metern in allen denkbaren Qualitäten. Wir waren fast 3 Stunden unterwegs und haben einen Blick auf ein anderes London genossen. Wir haben CHF 288.00 bezahlt für eine Führung, die faktisch keine war. Einzig die Begleitung auf dem Schiff vom Zentrum bis zur Tower Bridge war ein Mehrwert. Die Tickets für das Schiff haben wir zusätzlich bezahlt. Die CHF 288.00 für die Begleitung auf dem Schiff sind in keinem Verhältnis...es ist jenseits, so viel Geld für diese Leistung auszugeben. Zudem hat er uns Gregory auch noch falsche Informationen betreffend Bus gegeben. Ich war faktisch spätabends mit meinen zwei Kindern an der Haltestelle für den Bus zurück zum Hotel und der Chauffeur hat uns dann gesagt - dass das Busticket, das Gregory für uns organisiert hat und uns informiert hat, es wäre 24 Stunden gültig - bereits um 17 Uhr abgelaufen sei.... Wir haben dann das Taxi ins Hotel genommen und zusätzlich nochmals Geld ausgegeben. Gerne würden wir ein bessere Bewertung machen. Gregory ist ein sehr sympathischer Mensch - aber seine Führung war wirklich richtig schlecht. Chris was polite and easy company during our tour. He demonstrated his proclaimed local historian credentials commendably. Although the 'free snack or drink' didn't materialise (except for Chris .. we paid ) it was after two other walking tours in Lucerne and Milan that we felt more underwhelmed than at the time by this experience. David quickly picked up on our interests and the pace that suited us. He walked us through charming areas of London we would never have found on our own. We learned a great deal about the history of the city, how it responded to rapid growth and industrialization, particularly child poverty and abandonment, and even how the courts are structured and the legal profession is organized.
