He not only showed us the famous sights such as Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, the Koutoubia Mosque, Le Jardin Secret or the Medersa Ben Youssef, but also took us to hidden gems and local insider tips. We booked this tour for our first day in the city in the hope of getting some sort of orientation. Mohamed was very informative about both Marrakesh and the history of the area. He took us to parts of the souks and medina which we would have struggled to find ourselves and left us feeling we had a good idea of how to negotiate the mazes by our selves. My friend and I booked this personal tour with Redouan because it was our first time in Marrakesh and we wanted to get a first impression and overview of this vibrant city. We preferred a route that was not one of those taken by most of the tourists and Redouan chose it wisely. We could enjoy Ben Youssef Medersa without having too many other tourists around us, we wandered in the Souks and could watch the locals while doing their daily jobs, selling their traditional products; it was a memoriable experience and we felt very well looked after by Redouan. Instead of the busy Majorelle Garden our guide that spoke very well English brought us to The Secret Garden and the visit was worthwhile. We could take a break from the busy streets we had walked and enjoy the plants and well maintained garden. Redouan took us on a ride with the Tuktuk through the narrow alley and this was adventurous and big fun! We had a laugh! We felt very safe during the 5,5 hours and Redouan answered all our questions and this was very informative. For our first day in Marrakesh we booked Adil as our guide. He was exceptional. Very knowledgeable, very kind, very polite and great fun. We really enjoyed our 5 tastings evening with Omar. He is an easy going, charming young man who we liked a lot! And his English is so good! We also liked that he took us tasting stuff that wasn't obvious and really enjoyed his selection and advise. For our teenage son it was also fun with a guide that was a bit closer in age than his parents. We can highly recommend Omar if you want to get to know Marrakech from a different angle than you would have on your own.Great fun with charming Omar

Redouan is a very friendly man full of local knowledge. He certainly enlightened us in more ways than one as we discussed everything from history to religion and crafts walking narrow alleyways in the medina we would never have seen on our own. It was very interesting to observe local craftsmen doing their work. It was our first day in Marrakech and a perfect way to start our visit. Redouan recommended a local rooftop restaurant for lunch after our tour who had the local dish we had been shown how were made earlier and it was a perfect place for us to enjoy great food and let all the impressions from our hours with Redouan sink in. We would have given Redouan full score if we didn't find that it was at times a bit difficult to understand his English. Interesting start of our stay

Redouan was a brilliant guide. He introduced us to a Marrakech that we would not have found for ourselves. Redouan is extremely knowledgable about all aspects of Moroccan culture and the history. We arrived at the meeting point 5 minutes early and although the place was quite spacious and there weren't many people, we were getting restless waiting for our guide Jaafar, who was a few minutes late. However, when we saw a familiar person from the photo seen on Withlocals walking towards us with a calm step, we immediately calmed down. Jaafar told us what we would do for those couple of hours, what we would see, and led the four of us through the narrow and winding streets of the Medina deep into the local hustle and bustle of sellers, buyers, workers, and artisans. Jaafar traveled at a calm but confident pace, turning around from time to time to check if we were following him. From time to time, he would stop and tell us something interesting about one or another place in the Medina. While traveling through the streets of the Medina among the stalls, it was clear that he knew almost everyone here and almost everyone knew him. We had a great time in the Medina, learned a lot and saw even more. A great excursion that I recommend to others.Private medina walk

We had an amazing time Redouan, exploring all of the local areas of the souks. We learnt all about the history of the city and were shown the way the locals cooked bread in the old wood fired ovens. We were taken to hidden areas but also spent a lot of times in stores. He spent more time with us as planned which lead to a great experience overall being had. A great day exploring

This was our second tour with Adil during our trip. We met outside of the madina and Adil took us to places we would never have visited or would of found if we were on our own. He took us to some local places which had lovely food. Adil was very thoughtful and took us to places which suited us. Across the two tours we had with Adil we had great food with a great guide. We had a wonderful introduction to Marrakech with Omar. He's very kind, knowledgeable, and happily answered all of our questions. He was wonderful with our 10 year old and made sure she was also enjoying the experience and learning things. His tour is a really good mix of making sure we saw the things that "tourists should see" as well as taking us off the beaten path. We saw areas of the Medina that we never would have found on our own (and probably couldn't find again if we tried!) Omar war ein super Guide. Er kam extra für uns auch etwas eher, da es schon später am Abend war. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief super. Die Tour durch die Medina bei Nacht war super interessant, auch der kleine Abstecher zu einem Freund. Wir endeten kurz vor Mitternacht auf dem Hauptplatz, wo immer noch viel los war.
