I can’t believe how much Al was able to pack in such a short amount of time. We did the “kickstart” tour on our first evening in CDMX and it was the perfect beginning to a fantastic trip. We went to the Muralismo museum with her and in addition to learning about the pieces themselves received a deep dive on Mexican culture that really made the experience that much more important. We basically made our own tour schedule because we had a 92 year old gentleman traveling with us. She coordinated renting cars for some of our outings. We apologize this review is long overdue. We had a lovely time learning about the history of Mexico city with Nalleli. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about her city. She provided great context to all the art and architecture and we truly enjoyed her stories. We also had quite the experience because mid-way through the tour we were completely rained out. We were privileged to have Chris as our guide for the day. I would highly recommend him in a heartbeat. Right from the get-go he was full of energy and set things off on the right tone. As we walked through the historic district (and beyond) he always had a story to tell. “Use your imagination” he would say and then launch into details of history combined with story telling. He was awesome. We wanted to learn about the city’s past yet gain some insights into its present day about what to see and where to eat and drink. Chris delivered on both counts. Tania is very kind and knowledgeable about the city, it's history and the stories behind the architecture. She was enjoyable to walk around with. As a solo-traveler, it was nice to have someone to help navigate this VERY busy area. I am mostly rating this experience low because I paid for a 3 hour experience and it ended 30-minutes early. I think my expecatations for the experience were off. I thought we would go inside the sites listed, when in reality you just walk-by. We did not go inside Palaciode Bellas Artes. I would check that the sites you want to visit are open for the time you book your tour. Mine was from 3:30-6:30 on a Friday and the ruins 3D-maps closed at 5ish. Note you need tickets to visit Palicio Postal. I thought the coffee or drink at the end would be a local-gem and a maybe 30-minute sit-down and chat, when in reality it was just a place in the middle of the bustle and a grab-and-go. Overall, I had limited time in the city and thought this tour would check off my big-ticket touristy items in Centro Historico. I wish I had used this time to explore these buildings on my own so I could go inside. I didn't voice this in advance, so maybe if you ask in advance this is something they can accomodate. Overall, disappointed

Definitely one of a kind experience. LGBTQ history told here was deep cut. We lucked out with a good group. Insightful questions and friendly chatting organically extended the tour by an hour but Tania was 100% down to make sure we got the complete experience. Would highly recommend this tour. Keep in mind: food stop is early on afternoon tour, so best to come a bit hungry. Two clean bathroom breaks included as well. We had hoped to see the Frida Kahlo museum but couldn’t get tickets, but went to Cuoycan anyway and had very enjoyable tour with Al. It’s only about 25-30 mins from the city but it’s much slower, relaxed pace. We walked all along cobble stone streets to see some of the beautiful old homes, stopped in a watercolor painting museum, saw the town square and got some ice cream and churros. It was really nice way to spend our last day, highly recommend Al. Relaxed walk through Cuoyacan

We had a great time with Daniel on a walking food tour exploring neighborhood places. This was our first evening in Mexico City so it helped orient us to the different areas, too. Street side quesadillas, yes crickets(!), spicy candy, tacos, churros it was hard to keep up and you’ll be stuffed afterwards. Really enjoyed learning more about some history as well as the food scene in Mexico City. Great intro to lots of different tastes
