We chose Francesca for this tour and so glad we did. She was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. My husband injured his knee and she was very mindful of his comfort. Her knowledge of Milan’s history is vast. We learned so much. She brought us to churches as this was our interest. We strolled through a lovely botanical garden. It happened to be fashion week so we detoured to the high end designer shopping district to window shop. She found a terrific cafe for lunch with the most delicious paninis. My grandson (11) and I had a rainy day tour with Salvatore and it was a little difficult to hear with our rainhoods over our ears. Nevertheless, he provided interesting facts about Il Duomo, the Galleria, and the Castello Sforcesco. The highlight was Navigli, an area we did not know and thoroughly enjoyed. Salvatore was accommodating, accompanying us to Decathlon to buy soccer balls for my grandson and skipping part of his planned tour that would not have interested him. Interesting Tour

My husband and I had a great experience on our walking tour with Salvatore. He had three rules, if we had a question to ask, if we needed or wanted to stop for something let him know, if there was anything specific we wanted to see let him know. Salvatore had many surprise viewing points throughout the tour that he had carefully curated for funny or historical stories…or both. He took a number of “Instagram worthy pictures” for us, and took us on the oldest tram in the city and the metro. He made sure to explain where we were going, how to use the transit, how much it cost and took the time to explain how we could get back to our hotels with transit or by foot. He even suggested an awesome bar for aperitivo and an additional attraction to see if we walked home. I would highly recommend Salvatore if you are up for an entertaining and educational tour of Milano! Great tour of Milano with Salvatore!

Francesca took me & my 2 teen daughters around town. It was the first full day we were in Italy & it was good to have the tour then so we could ask questions about Italy early on. Francesca knows a lot of history of Italy & kept it interesting & just the right pace. She took us around the outskirts of Duomo, the beautiful historical library, the castle (so beautiful!), a bakery, & lots of other places. We asked Salvatore to plan a unique tour because we have been to Milan a number of times and we wanted to visit new places. Salvatore achieved that goal perfectly. The 4 hour tour flew by ( and normally I get bored easily). He showed us the past, present and the future of Milan, including some very helpful information* along the way. It never once felt like he was reading a script either. * He explained how to use the subway and what to do if our ticket didn't work.
