Lovely experience with Isabel - exploring and learning about Seville by walking through neighborhoods and stopping at key landmarks. She is friendly with very good English. Our time with Izabela was some of the best time spent in beautiful Seville! If you are looking for a fantastic, authentic tapas experience -- look no further. Book Izabela if she's available, without hesitation. She took us through the streets of Triana and Sevilla to some great local spots we would not have found without her. She seamlessly accommodated our dietary preferences (my husband loves all meats, but the only "meat" I eat is fish) -- and had made advance reservations at our first stop. Besides the tapas being perfect, visiting with Izabella was like making a new friend. She's a beautiful person, funny and smart and lovely to spend an evening with! Laura met us at our Hotel which made the start of our tour very easy as we didn’t have to locate a meeting point. From there Laura took us on a 3 hour walking tour through the city showing us historical sites and various other interesting places on the route. She took us through some quieter parts of the city which visitors don’t always see. If you like history then Laura is definitely a guide we would recommend. We had been in Seville for four days when we met up with Laura, so we had done a fair bit of walking in the old city, and also along the river in Triana. But Laura took us mostly to the northern, less touristy part of the old city, and we rambled from one beautiful Mudejar church to another, and talked about life in Seville, past and present. What it's like for Sevillanos, with growing tourism; the future fate of the historic old houses which are so expensive to restore; religious life, the involvement of young people in local fraternities and processions. It's so good to have a chance to talk to a local! And ask Laura about her PhD thesis on women in medieval life in Seville.... You'll have a really enjoyable experience.Extending our range in Seville

We have taken several food tours in our travels but Elana's was by far the best. She took us to two different family-owned restaurants. The way she was greeted was like she was a member of the family. The service the staff provided us was second to none and they treated us like family. Absolutely loved touring Seville with Elena. We toured for 5hrs and could’ve stayed touring with Elena for longer. We had a group of varying ages and Elena was brilliant with all of us. Laura spent four days with our family, doing a different 2-3 hour tour with us each day, and she was both an absolute delight and a knowledgeable and engaging guide for all of the members of our family! Our ten year old twin girls stayed engaged with her the entire time, peppering her with questions and listening raptly. She’s wonderful at keeping children engaged and adults interested. That is not an easy feat. When we had to say goodbye at the end of our four days, we felt like we were saying goodbye to a dear friend. Had such a brilliant time with Jose wandering the streets of Seville eating and drinking delicious things. He picked us up from our accommodation (even though it was off the beaten track) and pointed out places to eat, shop, drink and sightsee in the area, and helped us plan our stay. We had great fun eating and drinking in the old town, trying lots of delicious tapas, beer and wines. He’s hugely passionate about food and drink and really knows some of the best local places to eat as well as everyone in them. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough! Definitely worth doing at the start of your stay so he can give you loads of advice about what to do on your trip. He’s a lovely warm, entertaining host and brilliant company. My 13 year old son is very into history and we wanted to learn more about Seville in the little time we had to spend there. We took a standard tour of the cathedral and Alcazar from a different tour agency but wanted a more in-depth and personalized experience to learn more about Seville. We chose Laura as a guide for us and there couldn’t have been a better choice! She was so entertaining and enthusiastic - the tour felt like we were walking around Seville with an old friend. She showed us areas of Seville and talked about the history and culture of the place that we never would have discovered on our own. Just going down different side streets and seeing different buildings, shops, and restaurants was so great. We had a wonderful afternoon with Laura touring the Alcazar and Cathedral. It was easy to see why these places are her favorite in Seville. She shared so much of her knowledge with us including the history of the royal families of Spain throughout the centuries.
