Excellent tour with Adair, we went to Murano and Burano, saw how the famous Murano glass is made, stopped for a lovely lunch in Burano whilst walking round the island. The food tour with Claudia was simply one of the very best tours I've ever been on, She is so friendly and engaging, within 5 minutes it felt like we were just a group of friends going out together rather that any tour! She has incredible knowledge, a wonderful sense of humour and is kind beyond belief. As usual on a with locals food tour, we ate far too much, but the food was so tasty and the locations so thoughtfully chosen, it didn't feel overwhelming, rushed or too full. Our family of 5 (3 teenagers) had the pleasure of Elena's company for a couple of hours on our first day in Venice. She was such a great guide with a wealth of knowledge about Venice, it's history and the people. She told us lots of great stories that captured the kids attention. Rocco's tour of St. Mark's Basilica and the Doge's Palace in Venice was very informative and enjoyable.
