Wear your comfortable walking shoes, bring water if it is a hot day, because you are going to see Everything! And you are going to learn more. Roxane is super nice, full of personality only overshadowed by her knowledge of the city, the history, the hidden gems, local eats, where to get the better than "the best" listed on the internet. Plus great advice on using public transportation. Multi lingual, great energy, even though we were her second tour of the day. Our five hour tour was a whirlwind of stories, and sites, while paying attention to logistics (bathroom breaks, time in the shade, and breaks for the older folks in the group to rest) She assisted in all communication and purchases with locals and vendors. When it is time to eat, just ask her where she would go...and then go there! We thought our time was over with her and then we asked if she would like to guide us through the Belvedere Museum, this leg could be a tour of it's own. She is a food expert, and as we found out, an art/architecture/cultural encyclopedia. Touring with Roxane is like touring with a local friend, and we now consider her our friend in Vienna. Our group of 4 really enjoyed our tour with Roxanne. We had fun, she was informative, and the pace was great. Her English is wonderful. She tailored the tour to our interests. She was flexible with changes, even during the tour. We had an ice cream break and threw in a library tour that was well worth it and one of the highlights. Hiring Roxanne to show us around Vienna was a wonderful decision. Roxanne tailored our walking tour of Vienna to our family’s needs (some physical limitations). She also was very willing, accommodating, and flexible to find a driver that could drive us since we had someone on our tour with limited walking capabilities. Susanne war sehr nett und hat uns tolle Lokale gezeigt und interessante Facts zu den Orten oder Wien erzählt. Die ersten beiden Stops waren auch super. Allerdings haben wir dann beim zweiten Stop recht lange gebraucht, sodass wir nach hinten raus zu wenig Zeit hatten, um noch etwas anständiges zu essen. Der dritte Stop war dann in einem Pralinenladen und der letzte ein Café zum Bier trinken. Es war also relativ wenig Essen bei der Tour und das letzte Café wirkte eher zufällig gewählt. Laut Beschreibung hätte es 6x Essen/Trinken geben sollen. Wir sind aber somit nur auf 4 Stops gekommen. Wir kennen das so anders von anderen Foodtouren, vor allem für diesen Preis.Gut, aber zu wenig Foodstops
