We had a really lovely tour of Marrakech on bikes which was a great way to get around. I was a bit worried about riding with all of the crazy traffic but it was smooth and easy. We booked two tours with Omar. Luckily he is a very good guide. This tour 'Gardens of Marrakech & Jardin Majorelle Bike Tour' was completely different than 'Highlights & Hidden Gems of Marrakech'. It was refreshing to have a completely different experience, and Omar made sure that we didn't repeat any of the same sites or activities. Initially, the idea of riding bikes in the bustling city of Marrakech seemed daunting, but with Omar as our guide, the once-chaotic traffic seemed perfectly manageable. He expertly led our group of four through the city street of Hivernage and Gueliz, taking us to various gardens. Although some of the gardens were not as impressive as others, the real highlight of the tour was the unique experience of biking through Marrakech. One moment we were pedaling alongside a horse-drawn carriage, and the next, we were navigating through a sea of motorbikes, donkeys, and cars. The bicycles were all in a very good condition. Some of us even got a mountain bike, as preferred. An electric bike is not at all necessary as Marrakech is almost entirely flat. I highly recommend Omar as a guide. His knowledge of the city and its surroundings is impressive.Great guide

First of all a very friendly and nice Guide Omar. No offends to him. We found the content of the bicyle tour rather "small" according to the price we paid. We only visited 1 public park and then the Marjorelle gardens, which we had to pay extra for. Most of the time we drove on the new big roads of the new part of Marrakech. It would have been bether if we visited more and different parcs to have an impression of the green spots of Marrakech. Try to reorganise the content of the tour.Bicycle visit of Marakech

We had a fantastic time with Omar! He is cool and easy going, and we quickly connected with him. His English is also flawless. Omar met us right on time at the meeting point and we set out to get our rental bikes (new, in great shape) nearby before heading off on a tour of the different gardens and parks of Marrakech. Traffic is rather hectic in the city, but Omar took very good care in guiding us, and we also cycled through parks or along quiet roads whenever possible, so we felt safe and could focus on enjoying the bike ride. We covered all of the gardens listed in the tour description and because we took the tour in the afternoon, Omar suggested we finish rather than start with Jardin Majorelle, to avoid the crowds, which turned out to be a great suggestion! Either way, because Omar is an accredited guide, we got to skip the queue there. Omar shared insights as well as personal stories, and he also took great photos of us! The pace was perfect, and we got back 3 hours later as planned, having seen everything without feeling rushed. This was a great complement to the walking tours we had taken, since being on the bike gave us a different perspective of the city and also allowed us to venture out further than we had previously done on foot. We strongly recommend taking this biking tour and/or choosing Omar as your guide on his other available tours!Discovering the city from another angle

Omar is een supertoffe kerel met pit ! Hij loodste ons zorgeloos door het drukke verkeer van Marrakesh ! Zonder problemen van het drukke verkeer kregen we een zicht op de nieuwe stad van Marrakesh waar hij ons liet genieten van de mooie tuinen. Waar we uiteraard ook de nodige uitleg bij kregen. Alles verliep op ons eigen gewenste tempo, hebt je dorst.... Omar zoekt een terrasje uit.... heb je vragen of wil je tips en tricks voor je verdere verblijf in Marrakesh .... niks is Omar te veel voor uitleg te geven.... Zelfs de tijd speelt geen rol.... EVERYTHING about this tour was excellent, met OMAR on time he was there waiting for Me with a big smile on his face , after a little introduction we entered the bike shop I had to choose a bike my size and that wasn't hard because they had many . We started cycling just the two of us towards the Gardens of Marrakech, Majorelle was the highlight specially that Omar wouldn't let you wait at the queue he will get you a priority access , cycling around the new town was nice traffic was nice and it felt safe .this tour was excellent

My biggest complaint is we didn’t get to do half of the things in the itinerary. I deliberately chose that itinerary to see the gardens of Marrakech but instead only saw the Jardin Marjorelle and the Menara gardens- The guide wanted to skip the Menara gardens and I said no. We didn’t get to see the other attractions in the itinerary including Mohammad VI palmerie, Harti gardens, and rose gardens. Also our tour specifically noted admission was included but our guide asked us to pay when we got to the jardins marjorelle. Also one of the bikes got a flat. Also our guide was on his phone texting the whole time and even dropped his phone skidding under my bike tire and causing me to crash. My knee was messed up for the next day. I am giving three stars because seeing the sites outside the Médina on bike was fun and Omar was a nice enough guide. Just wish we stuck to the itinerary and had more care into the biking. Fun biking but not what we signed up for

Our bike tour with Omar was a highlight of our trip to Marrakech. Omar was very responsive to any questions we had prior to the tour. Our 7yo daughter isn't very confident on a bike so Omar took her on a tandem bike where she got the front row experience which was awesome. Jardin Majorelle (the first stop on the tour) had long lines when we arrived and just having the quick access with Omar is worth it alone :-) Overall it was a fantastic tour of the city. Omar is great with kids and a really fun guide. I would do it again if I could. Great bike riding experience!

Marrakech mit dem Rad zu erkunden, war ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis. Mit Omar an der Seite bzw. als Führer fühlt man sich trotz des regen Straßenverkehrs behütet und sicher mobil. Mit Omar erlebten wir Marrakech aus interessanten Blickwinkeln, entdeckten unter anderem historische Wasserauffangbecken, sahen wunderschöne Orangen- und Olivenplantagen und streiften durch wunderschöne Grünanlagen inmitten von Marrakech. De fietsen stonden netjes klaar voor de moskee met juiste bandenspanning. Even het zadel op hoogte versteld en het programma doorgenomen. De rit door de stad ging zonder problemen en Omar reed netjes voorop. De smog van Marrakech gaf wel hoofdpijn op het eind van de dag. Dit zou de regering moeten aanpakken. Uitleg in Jardin Majorelle was erg handig om niets te missen en ook de persoonlijke fotograaf bij de hand was erg convenient. Op verzoek werd even gestopt voor een koffie. Omar deed het goed, sprak mooi hoog engels en was duidelijk over het land, de cultuur en godsdiensten. Het is een perfecte manier om de mooie tuinen van Marrakech te ontdekken. We did a garden tour by bike with Omar today and it was wonderful! He took us to beautiful well known and unknown places and he told us everything about it. His tour is very personal, he really is your private local guide. He learned us a lot about the history of Marrakech, Marocco and that dates grow on palmtrees (Atleast I didn’t know that). Omar was an interesting and informative guide, who showed us parts of the Medina that we wouldn't have found, and gave us the confidence to return and explore by ourselves. However, he rushed us through the souks and seemed frustrated when we stopped to take in the sights and atmosphere. We were 20 minutes late meeting him due to our bus being late, but I had forewarned him that this may happen. His food choices were not the best for us sadly. Firstly we had a delicious savoury msemmen and herbal tea cooked by a wonderful lady, but the main five tastes at the next venue were greasy, cold and totally unappetising. We were then rushed on to share a mere six tiny sweet treats between four of us. We declined the soup offer after that☹️ The herbalist was good fun and entertaining, so all was not lost!memorable experience

Sadly our guide who I had chosen based on reviews, didn't show. We had an enthusiastic guy but apart from a stop at a bakery which felt interesting and special, there was not much en route that you couldn't have seen from a taxi. To have much more information about the city, its people etc. would have made this tour really great as well as stopping to see things you would not see ordinarily. Could be better

Our experience with Omar was just perfect for what we were looking for at that point of our trip. He is very relaxed and chill and from the first 5 minutes he makes you feel like you know him for a long time. Speaks perfect English and it is clear that he knows Marrakech like the back of his hand. This wasn’t just a fixed tour that he talked and we followed. He listened to what we wanted and was very flexible with the schedule and tour, because it was our first day at the city and we just wanted to get a general feeling of it. Also, he was very endearing and playful with our to young kids, which made the whole experience very relaxing and easy. Our only regret was that we did not book him for an extra tour regarding food tasting, but we will do that the next time we visit his beautiful city. We definitely recommend Omar for any kind of guided tour around Marrakech. Relaxed, knowledgable and fun!

My family and I had a wonderful walking tour with Omar. Earlier this year, my mother passed away, and during our tour, Omar kindly helped me find someone to fix one of her belts — a gesture that meant a lot. He also took us to some hidden gems in the Medina that we would have never found on our own. I know that tour guides sometimes receive commissions from the places they take you to, but the good news is that the experience never felt pushy. Everyone we met was welcoming, and we genuinely enjoyed the stops along the way. Omar also helped us organize a driver for a day trip outside of Marrakech, which made our travels even smoother.
