My friend and I visited Prague on a hot summery weekend, but were in for a chill. Erin knew how to spark our imagination, while teaching us some things about Prague from a different perspective. Truthfully, the tour was not that good. She didn't have a starting comment as to what we should expect with the tour, nor did she have a finishing statement. We were disappointed in the ghost tour of Prague. Though Erin was nice, she didn't really seem to have too much knowledge about what she was discussing. She never even introduced herself to us, just started walking, and never asked our names either. I had used a gift certificate that my son gave me for Christmas and I'll feel badly telling him about it. She gave very little info and she wasn't even clear what was supposed to have happened when telling certain stories. I would not recommend this tour. Ghost tour of Prague

Erin was absolutely fantastic. She has so much knowledge and passion for the city. Erin provided two tours for us, a Ghost Tour and ‘The Sweet Sweetest Tour of Prague” The Ghost Tour was informative and enjoyable. We all commented about Erin’s passion. She also took the time to discuss many other historical events with our history graduate daughter. The Sweet Tour was calorific. From chocolates to ice cream and donuts to local cakes those with a sweet tooth are guaranteed a good time which also includes a tour of the Jewish quarter. Thanks Erin for a fun packed few days. Erin is a great tour guide. I really enjoyed her storytelling about some of the more gruesome and macabre history of Prague. As I was a history major and I enjoy folklore as well this was the perfect tour. She gave a lot of great context and the tour was well-paced, and what I am used to for ghost walking tours. In addition, Erin knows a lot about sweets and desserts and would point out her favorite spots in the area, which definitely became must-trys and I wish I had more time to do her dessert tour. I would say that it helps if you know a little European History because it definitely would give context and backdrop to many of the stories she related on the walk. Again, I would say highly recommend this tour and her if you are interested.Great for History Buffs that Like Gritty

We enjoyed a very cold but very interesting walk with Erin at the end of Feb, her knowledge of the old town and its history is amazing. She is also a very lovely person and gave us some great tips for places to eat and drink and sites to see. And she introduced us to the best hot chocolate in Prague... we went back 3 times! It was a great introduction to the city on our first day in Prague and I would highly recommend Erin as a guide. Wonderful walk with a wonderful guide

I organised this tour at short notice for my weekend in Prague. Communication: Erin is super prompt and helpful in communicating through the WithLocals messaging system. Organising the tour with her was seamless - she is open to customizing the tour to suit your needs. I wanted a personal tour for my friend and I. The Experience: Erin met us by the Anatomical Clock promptly. She is very down to earth, super friendly and very knowledgeable about Prague. Her descriptions of the eerie history were detailed and ideal for the tour. She was able to avoid the abundance of other tour guides and knew aptly where to be and why. She is extremely quirky cool and also answered our questions fully about the history and some on the city itself. Her love for the many chocolate/dessert places is definitely apparent and was certainly comforting while she spoke of the spooky happenings of the past!! Erin does a nice job of telling the spooky history of Prague. We enjoyed hearing about the buildings histoires and the ghosts that haunt them. We did have the time to go back at midnight to see who was out but would encourage others to take Erin's tour and plan time to find out what happens in the dark of night. I absolutely loved the ghost tour with Erin! Listening to Erin you travel to medieval Prague, where a lot of incidents took place, many of them are really scary. Stories told by Erin letting you feel the atmosphere of XV century, as she knows history very well and any detail is dropped off the tale. We had difficulty locating our guide as the meeting spot the that was chosen (Astonomical Clock) is a very busy square. When we did not see anyone looking for us, I attempted to contact the guide thru the app twice. she did not read the communication 10 minutes after the suggested meeting time (we were there 10 minutes early). Only when I looked around behind us did she ask us if we were waiting for her. She then stated she did not have WiFi. This is an app based tour - how was she going to reach us if she did not use the chat service? Erin made no attempt to ask our names (I had to introduce ourselves) and she spent time initially telling us how people don’t show up for her tour- it might be because does not communicate with the App?! She then started the tour describing things on the clock that were not even there (they had been removed for cleaning). Odd and off putting. Erin was a good story teller but we got the impression it was a ‘set’ talk. All in all it was fairly one sided tour (her side) and disappointing. Just ok

Erin took my wife and I on a fascinating tour from Old Town Square to the Old Jewish Cemetery. I recommend it highly. We covered events from many different centuries, culminating with some tales of the horror and suffering brought about by Nazi Occupation. (But there are plenty of uplifting characters too, Mordecai Maisel features prominently.) While this is only a quick 90 minute walk, Erin is good at tailoring it to your particular interests. My brother and I got this tour for our mom for mother's day. Erin was incredibly in depth and had a ton of very interesting content that my mom especially loved! Erin stayed with us longer and answered all our questions. It felt very personal. My only suggestion to Erin would be to utilize Google Earth or other tools to give a little bit more of a virtual feel of walking around the city. Very entertaining for all ages, Erin takes you by the hand through the streets of Prague with her ghost stories. I really enjoyed it and her way of telling the stories of Prague. She is fun, knows the corners where you go, almost that you think you are walking with her on the street. The only thing I can complain about and quite a lot (but it is not Erin's fault, is Withlocal's platform) the system they use to connect you, it's terrible, it was not heard, it had an echo, it was a disaster, luckily Erin is very professionally and quickly solve it by switching to Skype, but I think the company would have to help her performance not to ruin it. Equally lucky for his professionalism, everything ended very well.Very entertaining for all ages
