Very nice people, both Noemi and her husband were extremely nice, inviting, and above all standard really. We intensely enjoyed the activity we had, the creative process and the company. Outside of our activity they were helpful in providing info of the city and very cool information about the geology of the volcanic area. They were helpful with finding restaurants and even checked up on us when we finished the activity to see everything was okay. I can wholeheartedly recommend everything she does to whoever visits. Absolutely amazing, I was left speechless with their kindness!!!Excellent Activity!

Noemi and her husband were amazing, we felt by the end of the evening were had known each other for years. They collected us from the train station, took us into their home and made us feel so welcome. We painted our miniature tambourines whilst talking and laughing the whole time. We were able to get a real insight into the real people of this amazing city Naples, what they love, what they do day to day and what they dislike. They also in conversation learnt from us, we were happy to talk about the difference in our Australian culture to their Italian culture. After the experience, we were invited as new friends to have dinner with them in their apartment. Totally unexpected, we accepted the invitation with open arms. We continued into the evening with more laughter and conversation over an amazing home-cooked meal. The more we spent time with the couple in the tiny apartment the more we didn't want to leave. If you want to meet real people and make amazing friendships this is a couple you should do it with. Thankyou Noemi, Grazie, Ciao. Couldn't have asked for more

Neomi: Jewelry Making-Napoli (withlocals) I had an amazing experience with Neomi! She is such a warm and genuine person, and she speaks very good English. I really enjoyed my time with her. At the end of my session with her, I had a piece of jewelry that I will always treasure as a memento of my time in the lovely city of Napoli. Neomi helped me create a beautiful miniature painting of the Bay of Napoli on a very small tambourine, set off with a bunch of grapes made of beads. I will put this on a satin cord once I return home and wear it with pride. Neomi and her husband Michele (Michael) went out of their way to make my husband Russell and I feel welcome (Russell came along to keep me company). They picked us up at the metro station near their home, and then made us feel so welcome with their hospitality and conversation, serving us coffee and delicious pastries while Neomi and I created. Noemi could not have been more lovely and charming - she made all of us ( my wife and I and three 13 year olds) feel welcome and engaged on our journey through Pompeii. The weather was cloudy and a bit rainy but Noemi was a ray of sunshine. She shared her knowledge, her personal stories, made us laugh and sing - literally! And she navigated our moody teens with kindness and compassion. We learned so much about the daily life of the Pompeiians as well as their tragic demise. Six of us joined Noemi for a wonderful and educational tour of Pompeii. The kids (9 and 11) were so engaged with Noemi’s map and riddles, with our daughter saying it was her favorite tour in the last week! We are a family of four, 2 adults with 7 and 9 year old children. Noemi was so lovely, the train was raining late and we were stressed about missing the tour and she was waiting for us at the station ready to go all smiles. My kids were so happy in her explanation of Pompei’s history as she used terms they could understand and she kept them entertain the entire time. The kids felt comfortable to ask questions and loved the treasure hunt, with prizes at the end as well! We had such a lovely tour of Pompeii with Noemi. She kept our girls 11, 13 & 13 engaged—answering and asking questions the entire time. She has such a passion for, not just showing people Pompeii, but letting them experience it. Pompeii itself is incredible! It’s sad, but just mind-blowing that things from so long ago are so well preserved for us to see. I highly, highly recommend this tour! Worth every penny of your money and every moment of your time. Noemi went above and beyond for our family—helping us navigate a bus back to the train station, and then places to eat in Naples, and she did is with such joy—she loves her community and helping tourists to appreciate all that her city has to offer. Just the best!

Noemi was like a whirlwind when we met up. She was very friendly and her English was very good. The Ice Breaker was getting me to traverse the Piazza del Plebiscito Blindfolded, as prisoners were reputed to have attempted in order to gain their freedom. (I nearly made it). Noemi was so passionate about her city, and described how it came to be as it is now, from the earliest formative volcanos, to the socio political struggles through the ages. She really brought the place to life. The "Shrine" to Maradona was a surprise, as was the varied graffiti art around the Spanish Quarter. We loved the 'Nini, Toto, Peppi" Story. Hilarious!! The Naples equivalent to "Morecambe and Wise" we think. She rounded off the tour at the most amazing Pizza restaurant "Vincenzo Capuano", where you were given golden Scissors to cut into your Pizza. We have come away with a desire to return and explore more of Noemi's city. Grazie mille, mio ​​appassionato amico. Speriamo di rivederti.Naples with a Passion!

We did a treasure hunt in Pompeii with Noemi and my 11 year old loved it. She keeps saying what a lovely person Noemi is as she truly is. The treasure hunt in Pompeii takes 3 hours and I was worried it might be too long but actually with all those interesting stories and lots to see we’d easily listen to Noemi for another hour. Time really flies. I would recommend Noemi and the treasure hunt tour to any family with younger children. Even the adults have lots of fun! Noemi is just great! Noemi was, in a word, perfection. She went above and beyond, helping coordinate a taxi for our large and complicated group, requesting different drop offs at different times. She even met us in Napoli Centrale to assist with our transfer! Noemi was absolutely wonderful with the children in our group, helping them appreciate the site in a way that was really appreciated by us all. For the rest of us, she added additional explanation and was always able to answer our questions. So it wasn’t just a tour for kids. For families traveling with children, Noemi is the absolute best. Noemi arranged a tour of Pompeii for our group of 8. She met us at the cruise port in Naples and had transportation for us to and from Pompeii. We had the BEST day. My family consists of my husband, myself, and our three daughters ( ages 9, 11, and 13 ). We booked a private tour with Noemi to see Pompeii and Herculaneum. I cannot convey in this short review what a wonderful tour guide and overall wonderful person Noemi is. Prior to even arriving to Italy, Noemi took the time to communicate with us through the withlocals app and ensure everything we needed was set up in advance. We traveled from Rome to Naples via train and Noemi met us at the train station and had a large taxi waiting for us to use as our transportation throughout the day. Noemi was incredibly knowledgeable and informative about the sites. She was funny and brought candy for the kids to snack on and bracelets for souvenirs. My youngest was very hot as we were visiting in summer and Noemi was so attentive and loving with her. We had a great time and that is 100% thanks to Noemi. You can't go wrong with any tour provided by Noemi and I can't thank her enough for the memories my family will always have.Best tour guide ever

Noemi waited for us after our arrival time was delayed due to a train strike. Noemi then spent over 2 hours showing us around Pompeii. Explaining the history of the place in general and then the life & times of people in Pompeii. Each room or area we visited were explained clearly. We had teenagers with us (13 and 14) and the information entertained them as well. Noemi took care of us in the hot and humid conditions. In addition she gave us tips on places to eat and food to try whilst in Naples. A fantastic morning. Amazing guide. Pompeii met and exceeded all our expectations. Our family spent the morning with Noemi touring Pompeii. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience and Noemi. Our three girls ages 5,7,10 cannot stop talking about her. She is one of the kindest humans I have ever met and I wish we could tour all of Italy with her. She went out of her way to make our time with her extra special. Her knowledge of Pompeii is extensive and she provided my husband and I with so many interesting facts while keeping the girls entertained with riddles and scavenger hunts. They really enjoyed the treasure hunt that was included and couldn't wait for the next clues and riddles. Noemi’s tour of Pompeii for my three children and me was fantastic! Noemi is very knowledgeable, speaks good English, and had many informative insights that I doubt we would have heard during the standard audio tour. She is also engaging, conscientious, and fun to be with. We had to reschedule the tour we originally booked due to a conflict of the original guide. Noemi was very communicative throughout the rebooking process, gave us good advice about the best way to arrive at the site, and met us at the train station as soon as we arrived.
