We went by train from Amsterdam to Paris and decided to stop in Brussels for a few hours as we had never been before. Christophe meet us at the train station and offered to show us how to store our luggage, but we had figured it out ourselves. We then went on an amazing walking tour with Christophe seeing a good amount of old sites, churches, plazas, shopping areas and more! Christophe was very knowledgeable about the history of Brussels. Tiago is a tour guide for stories and wisdom! He has passionate knowledge and, clearly, loves the city of Brussels very deeply. He gave us tons of local folklore, we learned more from him than we did the museum! And he even gave us tips for spotting tourist traps. He is very flexible with adjusting the schedule to your needs. The whole thing felt seamless. We met with Tiago the first day and he helped us to the plan the rest of our trip with rich experiences! Tiago was absolutely the best tour guide ever! We met Tiago on a dull rainy morning but from the first moment he was enthusiastic and friendly and engaged with us all. We were on a family tour ( 2 adults and 3 children under 10) . My first stop was a wonderful coffee shop to wake me up and as we meandered the small streets he filled us in on different buildings and areas with a wealth of knowledge . He somehow managed to cater for us all...when the children were tired there was quick stop for macroons for some sugar , later on we tried the best belgium waffles and then he arranged the most amazing chocolate tasting ! Tiago engaged us with snippets of history and somehow also managed to keep the children entertained with his fun ( and gory!) stories. We could pause when needed and as there was a Christmas Market we stopped a few times for the children to go on rides, and look at the stalls. The best guide and we would recommend him to everyone who is visiting Brussels.A great morning tour with Tiago!
