Dylan gave us a wonderful three hour private tour of downtown Cardiff. In addition to learning some of Wales’ history, we also got tips on good places to eat and shop, and learned a little about the Welsh rugby team as well!
His Welsh pride beams throughout the tour, as he welcomes you to this amazing place. I definitely learned a lot more and got a much better feel for the city with him showing us around than I ever would have on my own. He even introduced us to welsh cakes, hot off the griddle, made by someone he knew personally. A wonderful experience.
We were lucky to have him as our guide, and I highly recommend his tour!Great intro to Cardiff!

Dylan, was very personable. He is very knowledgeable about the history of Cardiff and gave us the background of all the points of interest. Although we’d walked around the city before, it was nice to hear all the history of the places. We really enjoyed our tour.

Last minute booking for a walking tour and had no expectations. Turned out to be a really good educational, information filled 3 hours
Dylan was very passionate about the history of Cardiff and wales itself and this is evident through the thorough knowledge he had.

Dylan is a very knowledgeable guide. We dud not know anything about Cardiff and the 2-hour tour helped us understand the history of that city which has changed so much in a few centuries.

Fiona Peel is an excellent tour guide. She made my trip to Wales most memorable and delightful. She recognized my interest in military history and took me to places where I found out things about Welsh soldiers that I did not know. This ability to understand your guests and bring to them good surprises that make them appreciate aspects of the history they did not previously know is a mark of a talented tour guide. The family had never been to Cardiff before therefore got hold of Dylan Jones to take us around the city for half a day. It was certainly a good choice! Found him easy to talk to and very approachable - he was happy to explain everything to us. Never knew that Cardiff had so much hidden history - Romans, Normans etc. Will be reading more on the history of Cardiff now. He was able to recommend the best bars and pubs. Absolutely loved the food market as well. Look forward to book him again when we return to Cardiff in 2021. Lovely experience

An informative guide on the history and traditions of Wales. He was able to tell us how Cardiff grew to such a big city. The family all loved his easy-going personality and was a joy to spend a few hours in his company. A good find and a great guide for such a lovely city.
