I’d suggest if one is a first timer to the red city, getting a hold of Rachid is a great way to start exploring….. Friendly, adaptable, knowledgeable and more than helpful in all aspects - particularly when negotiating the souks. 3 hours + flew by, and gave us our bearings for the weekend. Money well spent - 10/10 A great introduction to Marrakech

We had a wonderful introduction to Marrakech with Omar. He's very kind, knowledgeable, and happily answered all of our questions. He was wonderful with our 10 year old and made sure she was also enjoying the experience and learning things. His tour is a really good mix of making sure we saw the things that "tourists should see" as well as taking us off the beaten path. We saw areas of the Medina that we never would have found on our own (and probably couldn't find again if we tried!) Hassan was a great guide - you won't go wrong in booking him! Although I had another tour the night before, that drug me through the souks, Hassan understood that I wanted a slower, more thorough look and did not simply repeat the prior tour of highlights. This wasn't a "see everything" approach but he gave me a more local, expert experience. He showed me some behind-the-scenes and took me off the beaten track. Although he did take me to his favorite vendors, he was okay that I didn't purchase a rug or some shoes and told me several times that he just wanted to show me the real artisan made stuff and not the lower quality. But...then...I found myself in a store with an antique teapot and my wallet opened. He was good, at that point, to help me negotiate a better price than I would have done myself. I felt comfortable, his English was great, his pace was good, and I'd totally recommend him! A personal, local experience

We decided last minute to book a guided tour to enjoy Marrakesh with a historic perspective. Starting at the Koutoubia mosque we began our tour while being told of the different sections the city once held. As we continued, Redouan gave his many recommendations as to avoid the tourist traps and discussed the rich history of the buildings and attractions available to see. I won’t spoil the rest though it can be said that if you are visiting this beautiful place you should get a tour guide to assist you and explain in depth what the place once was and what it is now, and for that we highly recommend Redouan for his expert knowledge, humour, guidance and overall friendliness. He also was able to communicate in perfect English to support us even more. Marrakesh is a wonderful city made even more special thanks to Redouan. Wonderful experience!! Highly recommend

Our tour was wonderful. We took the tour on the first day and it gave us a good sense of the old city and what to do for the rest of our stay. Redouan took us to a lot of the major sites and some secret gems in the market. He also gave some suggestions to do outside the city and helped us with arrangements.
