So glad we decided to book a private walking tour with Orlando as opposed to doing a group tour. We could move at our pace (fast), see more, and ask questions. He tailored our tour to our interest in history and he was very informative, using a tablet to show us historical maps and put other things in context. Highly recommend Great tour

We thoroughly enjoyed the three hours we spent with Orlando - who knows Porto like the back of his hand. What made his guidance so interesting is his deep knowledge of the city’s history, along with his understanding of Portugal’s place in the world going back centuries. We truly enjoyed our 3 hour walking tour of Porto with Orlando. My husband and I joined him with our 13 and 9 years old sons. His descriptions engaged my boys, and we all cherish this as a highlight of our trip to Portugal. This was one of our favorite cities, and we traveled throughout the country. We had a wonderful 3 hour tour discovering the Hidden Gems of Porto with our guide Mayumi. She was delightful and extremely engaging. Our mistake was not staying more than two nights in Porto because if we had we would have booked Mayumi for the second day just exploring the food and wine scene. She modified our tour to at least include doing some limited food and wine sampling at the public market. When in Porto, you need to book Mayumi. Mayumi is a Rock Star!

Katerina gave us a wonderful in depth tour of all the highlights Porto has to offer. The tour was well planned and very informative. From interesting stories about the multitude of historic churches to the history of tiles and their importance in the day to day lives of the local people, there was another story to be found around each corner of the city. The view from the Porto Cathedral viewpoint, the Cathedral courtyard history and the stroll through the neighborhood leading to the Ribiera District was a wonderful highlight to the end of the tour.
