I would recommend Sandy in a heartbeat! I booked the tour while I was still back home in Canada and Sandy was super easy to communicate with through the With Locals website. I had only an evening layover in Vienna. Sandy picked me up from the airport and tailored a late night tour to accommodate my short time frame. Sandy also graciously accommodated my last minute request to invite two friends who had decided on short notice to fly from the UK to meet me in Vienna. Sandy's knowledge of Viennese history, architecture and culture is astounding and with her humorous anecdotes we were captivated.
