Despite Ruz being young, she is well experienced in the field and knowledgeable about Armenia's history. Her love to share about Armenia is impeccable. Before we even left our tropical home country, Singapore, she sent us a direct message showing the heavy snow conditions at one of the cities we'll be visiting and reminded us to pack warm. I thought, how thoughtful of her. Armenian roads are not for the weak. The driver still manages to get us to various stops fast yet we felt we were in safe hands. I also loved we interacted with the locals. We were rejected payment a few times saying it's their "Armenia hospitality". We were offered free gatar and coffee. Yum! Wished we had more days in Armenia. Thank you for an enjoyable and memorable trip Ruz! Glad We went with a Local Guide

Our host Suggested to go to Gum market. We strolled over the market and were allowed to try some food At the market, which we could’ve done anyway. Afterwards he let us out the restaurant where we had lunch but not together with him but alone. For the price we paid this was really inacceptable. We just had a tasting at Tiflis and were in 10 restaurants where they offered us typical local meals. This was what we expected.Bad experience

Anna was very personable and gave us a great tour of the city. She showed us the must-see things like the Cascade and also gave some good history/context of the city as we walked around. It felt very personal not just like an informational tour. She gave a lot of good commentary and context on the city, of Armenian culture, and was able to recommend a lot of things. We were asking about restaurants with music and she recommended one and even called them to ask if they had music that night/what time they have music--very helpful. She offered us to continue reaching out to her if we had any other questions while in Yerevan--I really appreciated that. Had an amazing day with Ruz, visiting the Temple of Garni (did you know there is a Greek temple in Armenia, built in the first century AD?), and then the amazing Geghard Monastery, parts of which date back to the fourth century AD. She had also arranged transport (a friendly driver and car) for the day for a reasonable price. After returning from the sites out of town we also toured downtown Yerevan and Ruz explained a lot of details, related to earlier as well as very recent history of the city, buildings, places to shop and much more. She speaks good English and knows the sights to see in Armenia well, has an engaging and friendly personality and I found her to be a great companion to discover Armenia and Yerevan - highly recommended!!Visit to east part of Armenia Garni temple Geghard monastery,the symphony of stones

К выбору гидов и всех сопутствующих аспектов в предстоящем путешествии относимся очень избирательно...Долго выбирали с кем же нам провести время в Армении, после долгого и мучительного выбора, прозвонив большое количество компаний , мы определись сразу как пообщались с Григорием, сразу почувствовалась душевность и порядочность, а самое главное чувство юмора и честность во всем. Все что есть в машине для комфорта уже не надо говорить, потому-что там есть просто все. С Гогой мы провели три дня! We love to travel. Armenia is the 51st country on my list, but it still managed to surprise me. Today we had interesting and intense time, but we didn’t tired. We saw many beautiful places - the endless azure Lake Sevan, we were climbed by the cable car to the mountain, where skiing in the city of Tsaghkadzor takes place in winter, admiring the beauty of the Caucasus Mountains, we also visited the stunningly beautiful monastery in the rock, where the spear that the warrior pricked for a long time was kept crucified Jesus Christ, we got real aesthetic pleasure from visiting the Greek-style temple in Garni village and many other interesting places. I can definitely recommend this tour! I wish good impressions to all the tourists!!!!Amazing tour

Все впечатления от нашей поездки только восхитительные от начала и до конца. От Армении вся наша мини-группа осталась под неизгладимым впечатлением. Программа на 5+, гид Григорий просто влюбляет в свою страну и создает настолько дружественную и приятную атмосферу, что хотелось еще остаться на пару дней. Григорий - замечательный профессионал, легкий в общении. Поездки с Григорием – это безупречное вождение, ощущение комфорта и безопасность в дороге. Мы познакомились с армянской кухней, покатались по горной местности, побывали на озере Севан, на курорте Цахкадзор, посетили храмы Гарни и Гегард. Три дня наших экскурсий в Армении оказались столь насыщенными интересными событиями и положительными эмоциями и впечатлениями от всего происходящего вокруг нас, что казалось ,это были не три дня, а целая неделя прекрасного время провождения,и во многом благодаря самому Григорию и незабываемому гостеприимству. I would defenitly recommend Sweet Ruzanna to all serious travellers planing a visit to Yerevan and other places in Armenia. She was committed to improvise my plan and even helped me to cover more places than I I actually planned for that day. Приехали в Армению всей семьёй ненадолго и хотелось в короткие сроки охватить побольше.Муж предложил воспользоваться услугами Amazing Armenia после знакомства с положительными отзывами на сайте и мы не прогадали!!! Приехал удобный автомобиль,в салоне салфетки,водичка,конфетки- мелочь,а приятно,чувствуется уровень) Оплата на месте,нас все устроило. Поехали) Водитель спокойный,приветливый,рассказывал про достопримечательности Еревана по пути,выехали с города, буквально немного проехали- первая остановка храм Гарни,после рассказа гида даётся время посмотреть и пофоткаться)едем дальше-монастырь Гегард- аналогично) следующая остановка Цахкадзор) время летит быстро, никакого утомления,покатались на канатке и отправились на Севан) за один день 4 места,в каждом погуляли,ещё и засветло вернулись) довольные!!!!спасибо гиду за поездку!!!Покоряя Армению!!!

Fantastic host. I highly recommend her. Ruz arranged transport for a tour to Etchmiadzin and everything went smoothly. In Yerevan we even got to see the hot air balloons take off at Republic Square. Ruz has a detailed knowledge of Armenian history and it's culture, she is a focused person who will give her best to make sure no details are missed from the points. We went to so many places but mount Aragats peak was wonderful and memorable, we had Ruz's friend who drove the car so three of us did pretty much of fun, and so the journey went well in the whole tour. At Aragats there was a little snow saturated but temperature was still freezing cold, fresh clean air and I loved it! On the way back down to Aragats Coincidentally we had found a tourist destination at Byurakan called as 'Zipwine' which was not in the plan , they offered wine tasting and other activities but to make up with the cold weather we decided to go for the wine and I tasted couple of wines from there collection with a beautiful balcony view. We then headed the Alphabet alley where we did a little trek, climbed past the alley to view newly built structure- the holy cross made up of metal pipes and a church. Overall I explored so many new places with Ruz and city center too and she takes good care of yourself that you won't find difficult to walk with her. Ruzanna was a great guide. She has good knowledge about the history of Armenia and she knows most of the important sites also. My trip with her was on 3 full days and she gave me a very detailed tour of the most important sites in Armenia like the Holocaust Museum, Cascade steps to the Mother Armenia monument, Sevan Lake, Sevanavank Monastary, Lake Pars, Dilijan, Garni Temple, Khor Virap and also the Geghard Monastery.
