My parents and I recently took a Canadian cruise from Montrèal to Portland ME. We went a day early and decided to book a personal tour. The price from the ship was double the cost Marie was asking for just 3 of us. Marie was in touch early asking about any personal preferences etc. She met us at our hotel downtown and took us on an amazing tour of Old and New Montreal. She has a ton of knowledge and love for the city. We left with a great feel of Montrèal. I can’t recommend Marie or Montrèal enough. Make sure you have good walking shoes though. Our tour from Marie was awesome! We learned so much about Montreal walking from our accommodation down into Old Town. We were a group of 9 women, and Marie was incredibly patient as we often stopped for photos. She even helped us take them! She really tailored the tour to us, and we are very grateful! Marie was terrific with us. We did the two hour tour due to some foot injuries and asked in advance for her to plan in a few rest points. She was very knowledgeable with quite interesting history of Montreal and even politics that occurred in the late 1900’s shaping what Montreal is today. We hit all of the major sites we wanted to see. Highly recommend. Fantastic Experience!

I recently had the pleasure of touring Montreal with Marie Nollet. She took me to the beautiful hidden gems of Montreal. We visited Square Saint-Louis where she described its beautiful history and the story of the early days of Montreal. The Montreal City Hall and the Saint-Lawrence River front were exciting to see as it has a combination of its port history and how it was protected from various natural calamities and from invaders. Marie's deep knowledge of each site, combined with her engaging storytelling, made the tour both informative and enjoyable. Notre-Dame Basilica has its vibrant history as well as the priests seminary which is from 1687. The tour was quite an amazing and new experience for me, especially if you have Marie as your companion. Her passion for the city's history and culture was evident throughout. If I get a chance to visit again in Montreal I can't think about others than her.Engaging storytelling

I couldn't have asked for a better guide in Montreal. Marie's warm and friendly demeanor set the tone for what would be a memorable tour. She took me to different parts of the city and didn't miss any detail about its rich history, culture, or food! Marie was also able to adapt to my demands, so we walked a lot along the plateau, Mont Royal, and the city, while also taking the time to check out local specialties as marie show de Montreal's most famous poutine spot and also some delicious "creme molle" (ice cream). Throughout the tour, Marie's enthusiasm for the city she has been living in for years was truly intoxicating, so I left the city very eager to come back! We had such a great time hiking at Mont tremblant with Marie! The weather and season were ideal, and the hike was perfect for us - challenging enough to feel like a victory but not too difficult or exhausting. Marie was very knowledgeable and was a lot of fun to hike with. She is a local that knows a lot about her locations. Would really recommend. I have always wanted to go to Mont Tremblant, and finally got the confidence to go with Marie Nollet. Luckily, the trip was so smooth and well organized. Marie did put so much effort into making sure everyone is cared for. We enjoyed the variety of activities that this park has to offer.
