She is very knowledgeable about culture and history, and we thoroughly enjoyed visiting the markets as well as the temples with her. It would have been too confusing to visit the markets on our own. Piyaporn (or Miau for friends) was the best guide for our markets and temples tour! We had a great time and enjoyed a super tour through the busy markets and beautiful temples. We took our time, stopped when needed for it was a super hot day and learned so much about the city, the people, culture and got to try new foods all in one tour. I cannot explain how incredible this experience was, but I know it was special for our guide is a real special person! We adults loved but our daughters had a great time! I decided to go on a tour and as I was on my own was a lil nervous. Piyaporn was absolutely fantastic, the food tour was amazing and things I wouldn’t have known about were tried, also the history side of the temple and just the general history of the areas we past was amazing. Hopping on and off tuk tuks fun to. All in all when I go back I will definitely be booking with her again as I felt so at ease and learnt so much while having fun. We enjoyed our tour with Piyaporn. She was so polite and friendly. We learnt so much about the temples we visited. She helped us to understand the different aspects of Buddhist faith as practiced by different cultures living in Bangkok. We enjoyed discovering the food in a variety of places, Piyaporn shared her favourite spots for different foods both savoury and sweet and was happy to adjust to our taste. Wer Bangkok mal abseits der Touristenpfade erleben möchte, sollte unbedingt die Tour mit Piyaporn machen. Nicht nur kulturell, auch geschichtlich kann sie unheimlich viel erzählen. Bei den Besuchen der Tempel sowie der Märkte hat sie uns viele versteckte Ecken gezeigt und alle unsere Fragen beantwortet. Die gut 4 Stunden sind wie im Flug vergangen. What a great adventure! We went to so many different types of Markets that I wish I would have brought a bigger bag. The wholesale market had items for insanely low prices. The flower market was incredible. Watching the women make the flower arrangements and opening the lotus flowers was memorizing. As we walked to each market we stopped to learn about the Thai culture and the various temples along the way. Oh, and we had the best fried chicken I've ever had, Michelin Star prawn dumplings and washed it all down with a authentic Thai iced tea. The only thing I wish I did was buy more of the Thai tiger balm. It is amazing.Markets! Great Food!

Piyaporn is such a great guide. The tour starts with visits to a few temples and then off to the markets. Piyaporn really knows the markets and you can tell she enjoys them. She has been there many times and really knows her way around. Going to local markets is such a fun and interesting way to explore a new place. The colors, sites, sounds and smells really gave a good look at how diverse and vibrant Bangkok is. That was how we felt at the end of the 5 to 6 hour walking tour. There was so many things to see, hear and taste depending on what you prefer. I cannot recommend Piyaporn enough. As a person who had never been to Bangkok before and only had a short time to experience the city, booking this tour was a great decision. Piyaporn took me down alleys and through markets I never would have found on my own.
