I had the BEST time with Fernanda and am so glad I chose her. She’s insanely smart and funny and really had a concise plan for the tour that allowed me to really learn about art at this time. I have been to Musée d’Orsay a few times and it is my favorite in Paris. Fernanda shined a new light on it for me and I left feeling a new appreciation for it. She had a plan but didn’t hesitate to deviate based on the conversation we were having. She quizzed me a little on the way which was fun and informative and overall it was just a lovely, fresh way to see the museum with someone who knows it and art so well. We had an excellent tour of the Musee D’Orsay with Henrick. It is obvious that he is extremely knowledgeable about art and history and the city of Paris and he is able to communicate his knowledge in a way that is engaging and lively and genuinely fun. I did the tour with my two teenagers. It is a testament to Henrick and his communicative style that even my teenagers were completely engaged and left the museum with a true appreciation for the art that we were able to see. I would absolutely recommend Henrick and the next time we are in Paris we will specifically request him for any tours that we do. Every minute was well spent and filled with a colorful, educational explanation. Sophie was wonderful and very accommodating of our family! We had travel delays that compromised our tour time and she flexed right along with us. I enjoyed the “quality over quantity” tour and was glad to have learned in depth about a handful of this vs. seeing everything and understanding very little. We loved our Mountmarte tasting, walking tour for 3 reasons: 1- Alexia, what a gem! And a true local, she was knowledgeable and gave us so many experiences we would never have known on our own. 2- the tastes! Again, nothing we would have known to try as visitors, and new and different things then i’ve tried before. Alexia was a delight as she toured us through the charming neighborhood of Montmartre. She made sure to cater the experience to our tastes and was full of stories of the different areas we walked through. You get a lot of new insights with this truly knowledge and elegant guide. Our tour to the Louvre and surroundings was due to our request just a three-hour tour in the Louvre. We saw a lot, still just a small part of the museum. Since we are interested in art and not scoring tourist points, we skipped the Mona Lisa. But we saw many masterpieces from different time periods. We also visited a quieter part of the Louvre, the French painters that you do not find in other museums. That got us also insight into French history and court life. So, we learned a lot due to our extremely knowledgeable guide Sophie. She is really a lady, smartly dressed and beautiful. She was also considerate and flexible. This was important to us since my wife do not walk very fast and uses two sticks. So, I can really recommend Sophie and the tour. Get new insights with this knowledge guide

Alex had a wonderful itinerary planned for us. She sent me about 5 options to choose from and I picked one that ended in and around the neighborhood where we were staying. I also let her know we love food! It was great to be able to tailor our tour to our interests. She took us to a handful of sweets shops with different delicacies along with a shop for us to purchase good pate and cheese. We got a lot of history along the way and got to see a few hidden gems as well. She talked with each of us individually as we walked. Julien was our guide for a tour in het Louvre a week ago, for me and my twelve year old daughter. Julien advise us to start a little early (8:45 am), to be able to see the Mona Lisa before large groups of (Asian) tourists poured into the hall where the painting is exhibited. And good advice it was….we had pretty much uninterrupted views of the painting for about 5 minutes. We experienced a small thrill from running through the hallways and the corridors of the Louvre (just follow the guide...) to be at the painting as soon as possible. Apart from this nice episode, Julien is very kind and friendly and has extensive knowledge of the Louvre building, its history and occupants and the artwork on display, for instance the 18th century French painters, the jewellery, the Greek and Roman statues etc. etc. Also he asked my daughter a lot of questions about the museum and paintings and involved her a lot in the explanation of the artworks. My family of four selected Julien to guide us through the Louvre to see some highlights. I had sent him a note just the evening before requesting a few things to see with as much context and story telling as he could provide. We saw everything I requested and then some, but more importantly, Julien pointed out things that brought the artwork to life and gave it meaning, providing history, context, and fun facts. He was engaging with the whole family, and I highly recommend him! I so enjoyed this tour with Julien. Big bonus that when you book with a guide, you skip the long admission lines. Spending three hours with Maxime touring Montmarte has been the absolute highlight of our tour, and there have been many (on our "sampling trip" that started at Budapest, to Vienna (via Bratislava) and finally Paris). To say Maxime is knowledgeable is an understatement. What stood out was who Maxime is: a very kind, empathetic, socially conscious and extremely personable young man. He truly won us over with his genuine love of this area and his understated passion. Even though he was somewhat under the weather, he spent more than 3.5 hours walking the hills of Montmarte with with us, allowing us to take our time to stop and pause at what may have caught our eyes and at each stop would give us insight into history, social, cultural and art background. First of all, Julien was spectacular!!! BUT, tickets were not available when we showed up when our voucher specifically stated not to buy tickets and just pay cash to Julien who would have the tickets. Your website should state to purchase the tickets at the same time you book a guide!?!?! But he helped us reschedule another day, but the tickets available had to be a package so we’re a lot more money.
