5. The way to the venue

   Come with me through paths very well explored by locals. Depending on the day you choose the tour, be sure I will talk about and point you these main points: Downtown of Porto and magnificent buildings, e.g. Town Hall, São Bento Train Station (tiles and clocks will be shown), a street called Santo António with a beautiful church on the top and two lovers on the top corner of two shops. Let me introduce you a little bit more inside streets "off the beaten track", old parishes and so unexpected stories about popular traditions as São João (the 24th June).

The tour with Ana was a wonderful experience! It was really nice to walk around with someone who knows so much about Porto and loves the city. Ana is amazing! We had a fantastic time touring the hidden Porto. As you would expect from someone born and raised in Porto (also referred to as tripeiros), she is a wealth of information and knows all the truly local gems. She showed us the area of the Igreja do Carmo, where she grew up, where she studied and where she knows all local people. She showed us local shops and restaurants we never would have noticed. Our Drinks & Bites tour with Ana was so much fun. She took us to three bars (each increasingly off-the-beaten path) and arranged amazing vegetarian food for us at each stop.
