5. White Water Rafting Tour

   Proceed to start point of Rafting tour and safety briefing . Actual Stretch of White water rafting in Kelani River is about 5km’s. It will take 1 ½ to 2 hours with the Grade 2 & 3 Rapids. You will pass the 3 Major Rapids were named as Butter Crunch, Killer Falls & Kwai Wall.

6. Departure

   On conclusion return to campsite and get ready for departure . End of the great day of adventure & thrills!!!

Het raften, de canyoning en het abseilen waren stuk voor stuk geweldig! Boven verwachting ! Erg aardige leuke behulpzame gidsen. Ze maken ook fotos en een filmpje die je kunt kopen..aanrader!It was great!

Let me start saying by “WOW”. It was the best experience I had in my life. I met Charith at Colombo and we have started our journey to Kithulgala which was 2 hours trip towards to the country side. Greenish surrounding and the hospitality I have received from Charith has made my day. We have arrived to the camp site which is directly face towards to the “Kelani” River. Charith has guided me through the day plan. After I have received the welcome drink we have started the adventure tour. We have visited the Rafting center and the rafting instructors has demonstrated safety tactics and the thing I should follow while rafting. Then we were guided by the two rafting instructors towards to the river. Tour has begun. I should highlight, the experience that I got cannot be explained. It was a unique experience. After rafting 5km then we have reached to the destination. Charith was always next to me guiding with every possible ways. Then we have started the 2nd stage of the tour “Canyoning”. After completing 3 jumps and Canyoning we have come back to the camp site to get the lunch. Lunch was delicious and it was a Typical Sri Lankan meal. I’m recommending Charith because he is a really flexible person and a good host. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas vu Charith en personne, car il y a des difficultés de déplacement dans le pays a cause de défaut d'approvisionnement en carburants, et que Charith étais bloquer a Colombo! Néanmoins, il nous a confier à son amis Kandy, un guides cannyoning, rafting, cayak,... Hyper sympa et compétant! Charith de son côté nous avais organiser pour ma femme et moi le logement pour deux nuits avec la pension et la journée d'activité! Un magnifique cannyon, de niveau confirmé avec 4 saut entre 7 et 12m un rappel d'une douzaine de mètres, quelques tonagant sympa. Et ensuite un rafting avec 6 ou 7 rapides de niveau 1 a 3. C'était super! Charith a été prévenant, et m'a contacter par whatsapp avant pendant et après notre venue. Vous pouvez lui faire confiance. Les prix sont me semble t il cher pour le Sri Lanka mais je n'ai pas vraiment trouver de meilleure offre pour ces activités a Kitulgala et la prestation est à la hauteur.Bonne organisation.

Superb views And landscapes ! We learned a lot about local nature... pepper, cacao and rubber trees, very interesting guide! the lunch in the village at the arrival was also excellent ! Thanks for everything! What a treat! Remote and yet accessible walk in wilderness

We asked Charith for a special trip to Kitalgula and he did not let us down! We are a family of four and enjoyed the day in and on the water! Rafting and canoying and rafting again, and also a delicious lunch. We had two guides and they were very good, especially with our kids (age 9 and 12) We felt save during the whole activity.Special arrangement Kitalgula
